staff were wonderful, the place is beautiful, would definitely return. able to cater for our vegan & gluten free dietary requirements - big shout out to Jonathan who looked after us and made us confident the food was safe for us. thank you!

We did an 11-night all-inclusive stay at Barcelo. It was incredible! The food was excellent every day. There was a cuisine theme each evening. Plenty of entertainment opportunities and games were offered to keep guests entertained. I personally chose to sunbathe, use the gym, and sit at one of the three bars where you could get all the drinks you wanted. The staff was incredible - nice, helpful, efficient. The hotel itself is huge. You will get a map on your arrival and then use the hotel app for the first two or three days but then it becomes really easy to navigate. We went to stay at Barcelo in November, and the weather was 25-29 C almost every day.

We liked everything about the property and wish we could’ve stayed longer! The property is 10-15 minutes away from the airport in a residential area of apartments, condos, and hotels. It was perfect for us. It was clean, quiet, and convenient. The penthouse apartment where we stayed was roomy: two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a combined lounge area and kitchen. It also included two outdoor areas, each with a dining table and chairs and one with a covered area with outdoor sofas. Comfortable lounge chairs and a fantastic view of the property and the ocean was much appreciated! Having a washing machine was also a bonus and previous guests, or the owner, left an assortment of spices, olive oil, salt/pepper in the kitchen…and that made it very easy for us to make breakfast, lunch or dinner as needed! The security of the complex is fantastic: a fob/card is necessary to enter and leave the exterior gated area, and that gave us a feeling of being safe - plus, the front door had a deadbolt lock. Another positive aspect to this property is that two small/medium size grocery stores (with a good selection of meat, produce and fresh bakery items) are just a two or three minute walk away as are a number of restaurants. We had delicious Sunday Roast and Fish-n-Chips at WildGeese, fantastic roasted chicken at the steak/chicken/fish restaurant across the street from this property and We enjoyed live music (and tasty fruit infused sangria) at a small restaurant/bar along the Promenade overlooking the ocean very near this property. The property’s location to the Promenade is a 3-5 minute walk: great for those people who want to visit one of the black rock beaches in this area, walk around the marina, take a catamaran ride, or simply soak up the beautiful scenery. A representative from the owner contacted us prior to our trip, when we arrived and the day prior to our departure.

Everything. The staff were SO kind and full of personality, the food had good variety and very tasty, and the room, pool deck, restaurant, and hotel were clean and tidy. Literally the best hotel for the windsurfing views and La Montana Roja view too.

Stunning location. Loved watching the sunrise and sunset, beautiful view of the ocean. Very clean, and well looked after. Lovely vibe and nice people. Very comfortable beds. Staff nice and helpful. Great shuttle service. Will definitely be back, have already booked for the end of April :)

Casa Aloe Vera is just perfect for me: - Fantastic location on the outskirts of El Médano, close to a quiet little beach and volcanic rock formations to hike across; - Friendly and flexible staff+volunteers, providing you with the best experience possible; - Yet very affordable prices imo. Now even with a new extended quiet area for teleworkers 👌🏽 Well I loved it (again) -- even though it's a Shared House, not a Luxus Hotel ;)

Location is wonderful just outside of El Medano center. It is great for relaxing and exploring the area. Friendly management, beautiful garden.

The location was superb: just 150 m from both the beach and the bus stop! There were also several small markets and cafes/restaurants and even the supermarket was only a 400 m walk. The takeaway pizza from Pizzería la Tartaruga (just around the corner) was the best we'd had in years. We liked the fact that the town was not as heavily touristic as Los Cristianos or Costa Adeje and had a more authentic vibe. We did go to those places for outings by bus, which was fairly easy. The apartment was clean and had a hob, microwave, kettle and toaster for cooking. We also appreciated the laundry facilities. Walking in the area was quite enjoyable: we climbed Montaña Roja, watched the kitesurfers, and saw lots of birds on the beach and rocks: whimbrels, plovers, ruddy turnstones, sanderlings . . . ).

Location was great and the property was well equipped. The hosts were very responsive when it came to checking out time.

Beautiful apartment with bed upstairs. Very clean and comfortable. Ground floor with pool and seating area outside. Rita is a lovely lady, she was there to meet us with the keys
