The stuff were very kind and helpful, I want to mention Leticia she was very nice to us. The hotel is amazing, the rooms super comfy and clean, the location for us was perfect as it was close to the airport, the hotel allowed us to store our bags for a while and took really good care of them. I highly recommend to stay in this beautiful hotel.

The breakfast was excellent with a lot of different flavors. The staff was friendly and polite the whole time. They helped us to keep the luggage even after the check out so we could enjoy the city before taking the flight. We also appreciate that the hotel received us immediately even though we booked the rooms thirty minutes before arriving to the facilities.

Everything was great specially for transit, free shuttle buses from and to the airport, friendly staff, comfy room with everything needed (slippers, dental kit,etc..), great selection of breakfast.

we stayed in 2 bedrooms apartment, it is new, clean and modern. there is a reception downstairs, very convenient. bed is comfy bathroom and kitchen is nice there is washing machine in our room, which is a plus facilities are good: swimming pool, padel court, working space, and meeting room. friendly staff the restaurant downstairs provides delicious food. Location is very good for us, not far from the airport, and close to metro line 10. parking is not included, but street parking is quite easy.

This is a convenient studio apartment close to the airport, ideal for a short stay. It features a pull-down wall bed and a futon sofa, which were comfortable enough for a night. We were three people, and while it wouldn’t be ideal for a longer stay, it definitely serves its purpose. Easy airport access and included parking make it a practical choice.

Bed and linens were clean. Most necessities were available.Staff responded promptly and were kind.

The apartment was cozy and everything was new and well-maintained. The check-in and check-out were very smooth. The host greeted us and gave us the keys. The apartment is in a quiet neighborhood, in a complex that looks new and secure. The apartment had all the amenities that we needed. The bed was comfortable. The room was big enough for the two of us and we loved the small but beautiful terrace. The metro station is a 15-minute walk and you can reach the center of Madrid in around 45 minutes. It is also near a large commercial complex. You also have a small park nearby for an evening walk.
