United KingdomThe staff were particularly nice and accommodating.the room was spotless and the comments about it being dated are unfair, it is class and quality in my opinion. I would definitely stay here again but I would eat at their restaurant rather than locally as it is very appealing and the pub we went to was exceptionally underwhelming.

United KingdomReally lovely humble place. Quite grand, lovely hot tub that's actually hot and nice little pool with great views. Incredible location looking out onto the hills and super peaceful, in gorgeous gardens.
Staff were all super super lovely, very welcoming and personable.
Overall a lovely stay, great value for money and somewhere I'd happily return to.

Great location,deceptive from outside but pleasantly nice inside.
Loved the sauna, steam room,jacuzzi and swimming pool. Well equipped gym too.
No worries about parking ,ample spaces.
Great base to discover South Wales.
Breakfast was like a full meal, portions extra large,I had to request to decrease my items.
Staff a cheerfully and happy to help.
Then one thing that could be improved id say is the TV signal. Could not get a clear picture so was annoying when I couldn't watch a film at the end of the night but no big deal.
