Our stay was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful with every question and request. The place itself was beautiful, the bed was super comfortable, and everything was very clean. The dinner was the best meal we had on our trip, and the breakfast was amazing as well. Big and spacious room We stayed at the 4th floor and had a huge terrace with a nice view! Parking is on site and very easy to access, this for us was a big issue when looking for hotels in Florence!
