Great location close to the Main Street but still very quiet. Beautiful, rustic style hotel which is extremely clean and well maintained. Well above its 3-star rating but like a top 4-star. Excellent value for money.

Wonderful with all its aspects

Excellent breakfast with fresh fruit, juices, endless choice of pastries, cold cuts and good coffee. The staff was so eager to accommodate us even helping with delivery of breakfast. Excellent spa facilities.

Beautiful hotel with a great pool and hot tub. The rooms were 5 star quality! Great views of mountains and lake! Hotel staff spoke English and were very helpful.

The rooms were clean, warm and the beds were comfortable. We were traveling by bus and it was within walking distance from the bus station and town center. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was adequate and there is also food service from 4-9.30pm.

The place is a delight , the swimming pool is just gorgeous, conveniently located. Easy stroll to town . Rooms are spacious and very clean.

The hotel exceeded our expectations. Our room was huge and very comfortable. Staff was amazing! Breakfast had good options. The location was good and an easy walk to center.

I have stayed here twice now. The spa and pool are a plus. The rooms are nice and the hotel is well staffed. Breakfast was good but not great.

Great location and great hotel with a very friendly staff

Fabulous staff, spa and indoor pool. Beds are big and comfortable! It has all the comforts given its remoteness and though the cost of food is elevated, the quality was outstanding. Great water pressure and stunning vantage points. Awesome morning breakfast spread was quite the value. Even though it’s far from the center, most hotels are spread out in general and because of its location, you can get picked up last and brought back first when going on some tours :) There’s a pretty lakefront walk that will take you into town scenically if you’re up for the long walk!

Beautiful views from our hotel room and the space is gorgeous. The staff is so friendly and accommodating, breakfast was phenomenal. We also loved the pool which is heated and got a massage which was wonderful after days of hiking. The restaurant is also delicious with a tango show to entertain. The shuttle downtown is also convenient to explore shops and food. Perfect for the few days in el Calafate.

The most amazing view of the lake, large room, beautiful hotel, great breakfast. The hotel is about 30-40 minutes walk from the center of El Calafate, but it's really worth the walk, otherwise just take a taxi. Also, we tried a massage and it was absolutely great!

Comfortable and helpful staffers

Great location with excellent staff and hospitality. Elias was so nice and gave great recommendations for the best hikes in the area. Our room was super clean and comfortable with an amazing view of the mountain rock wall across the river.

Very comfortable and pleasant hotel in a convenient location. Very good breakfast with many options, and the coffee was excellent. Best of all, the entire staff was highly professional, friendly, and responsive. We wish we could have booked a room on our way back through El Calafate for the night before our flight to Buenos Aires. Sadly, we are stuck in another accommodation across town which just doesn’t compare with the Patagonia Queen Hotel. We highly recommend this wonderful hotel.
