Exceptional location - near hauptbahnhof and metro, and bus stations. Clean. Comfortable beds. Great hair dryer (I really appreciate that). There is an electric kettle in the room - which is nice.

Great location by the river and old downtown

Located at the center, walkable to public transport, restaurants and even christmas markets.

The hotel provides parking spaces, but you need to go around to the back of the hotel. The front area is designated for disabled parking only, so it's advisable to quickly confirm the parking process with hotel staff, which is the only aspect that might be a bit nerve-wracking and challenging. The quality of the room is excellent otherwise.

The staff is lovely. Rooms are just right. Björn was great to chat with and as always, breakfast was tasty.

The room was clean, cozy, and beautifully designed. The bed was very comfortable, and I appreciated the quiet atmosphere, modern amenities, and spacious layout. Everything I needed for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

Excellent location, spacious and clean room

It was a short stay but it was not the first time staying in a motel one. We tend to stay here because we know we are well served and we will be well rested. Breakfast was also great with a lot of vegan and healthy options.

Very close to Porsche Museum, room was clean and big enough.

A perfect hoten in great location and unbeatable facilities . Breakfast was excellent 👌. Comfortable and quiet rooms. Next time, I will definitely choose this hotel.

The best part!! The staff.. Suleiman and Arwa are amazing! Friendly to talk to, they advised me a lot on where to go and how to move in the city, also they speak arabic which is amazing for me.

Clean rooms, great staff and near the U BAHN train

The room planning is a bit unusual. Family room consists of 2 separate suites connected with a hallway- 1 with 2 beds and another with 1 queen bed. So in case of family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) booking offers 2 rooms (1 Family room (2 suits inside) + 1 double room) - which considers 1 child will be sleeping separately. However after discussing this with booking com and hotel stuff - we kept only 1 family room. Fast response and reaction.

Very nice room: large, clean, comfortable, smart, good facilities, excellent location directly on the river Danube, 10minutes walk along the Danube to the centre of Neu-Ulm, 15 minutes walk to the centre of Ulm. Excellent and very large breakfast buffet including with a wide choice of everything including fresh fruit salad and delicious cakes. Everything was fresh and good.

The over all experience were exceptional, location of the hotel the stuffs kindness and friendship
