The spa, the rooms are Renewed and the breakfast was amazing. They upgrade us to a room with city view and balcony which was very nice

This was the 3rd time that we were guests at Balvanyos resort and we felt the same as before: this accomodation was the jewel of the mountains-a unique, elegant, superb experience with sparkling clean rooms, tasty food, spacious spa and crystal clear air.

Perfectly located just steps from the Main Street, with a conveniently accessible bus stop nearby. The accommodations were clean, comfortable, and accommodating, with a delicious breakfast to start each day. Our favorite was the jacuzzi and sauna room! The bed was comfortable and they set up the sofa bed for us as well - a wonderful stay!

Extremely nice staff, very well prepared and polite. We booked an apartment which was very spacious. The bed was comfortable and clean.

Comfortable beds and pillows, friendly staff members, great breakfast and great location. Very clean and new hotel - the spa isn’t open yet but I can’t wait to go back and visit when it’s open.

The location is perfect, walking distance to the centre plaza and the park. The rooms are so cozy and feel like in past, but pleasant past (like 1880 - 1890 😊 ). Rooms are clean, with everything you nees for a travel.

Everything exceptional, just little bit far from the Main Street, the cleaning wasn’t every day and wasn’t fantastic, only 2 lifts for the large hotel, dinners are not with big choice.

It was right next to the mountain and buffet Was out of this world

Perfect location for exploring the surrounding high tatras region. Lots of restaurants and hiking activities near by. Close to train station. The wellness area is great for relaxing after a day full of activities. There were not a lot of crowds, many different sauna available, hot tubs and a pool. Breakfast had typical options with added local cheeses which were great. Great value for money.

The location is excellent! It´s close to the city center and next to a gorgeous park that we enjoyed exploring every day. The breakfast was delicious, the rooms were big and the staff was extremely kind and helpful - especially Alexandra from Reception :) Springtime is especially beautiful there

The room has a terrace with a view of the ski area and mountains. The breakfast was splendid.

Very good location, excellent spa and wellness services 👌, taste and variety of the breakfast and dinner buffet 😋, the staff is very friendly and caring with a professional attitude. I warmly recommend it even as a mother, it's a suitable place for children. 👩‍👧 Good choice for spending a pleasant, relaxing, enriched holiday. It was a delight to be a guest of O3zone Hotel, we're eager and excited to visit again as soon as possible. 🤩
