Great location and good breakfast!

The breakfast was delicious and plenty food. The staff is super kind. The room was clean and neat. The Location is perfect.

The food was exceptionally delicious, and the staff was very attentive and courteous. I highly recommend it.

The price was good and I had access to a small balcony which I didn't expect, but I liked it a lot! The location is great, it's very near to many places and even there's a mall 15 minutes away.

Very clean and well kept and I felt very safe. Close to the airport. Free transportation to and from airport.

we used this hotel for a 24 hour lay over in Guatemala city before travel. the hotel is in zone 10 which is a great safe location. the staff are friendly and the rooms are big, clean and have all the amenities you need

The neatness and modern rooms. My room had a beautiful view of the city. Also, the staff are incredibly polite and friendly.

This is a beautiful and very comfortable hotel. Very big rooms with a separate living room and kitchen. The swimming pool is beautiful and everything looks very clean and new. Personnel are nice. There is a buffet breakfast with plenty of options. This hotel is close to the airport.

Nice and great location. Attached to the Westin Camino Real which is a 5 Star Hotel. Can use all amenities and walk to nice restaurants.

Close to the AirPort and to the main avenue. A very peaceful area without traffic. The rooms are big enough, very clean and the beds are good. The included breakfast is great. The staff are nice and helpful people.

Great downtown location. Very hot shower. Fast WiFi. Friendly staff who will go out of their way to help you. Comfortable bed. Was easy to get an Uber right outside my door. Short walk to tiendas, pharmacies, restaurants, fast food and market. Fruit stand next door. Bus stop right outside. The Presidential Palace and La Torre supermarket are nearby.

I love having dinner in the lobby restaurant the food is so delicious and the server so professional and nice.

Clean, excellent bedding, excellent breakfast, secure place to arrange a taxi to the airport.
