"Our stay with Linda and Richard was one of the highlights of our trip to Ireland. From the moment they greeted us at the door, we were made to feel welcome and special. They are proud of their family farm, and rightly so. We loved hearing about the history of the place and were delighted to take a tour around the property. The meals were superb, and Linda's Irish coffee was unforgettable! Attention was paid to every detail to make us comfortable and happy. We highly recommend Rolestown Farm for a unique and special stay."

Everything about this hotel spoke "quality". Reception welcome, friendly staff, attention to detail in the room, luxurious touches such as body lotion, conditioner, biscuits, robes and slippers... modern light and curtain and heating and door indications controls. Food was excellent. Gym and spa small but comfortable and great for city centre location.

Our family had a fantastic stay; Mary & Jimmy were so welcoming, friendly and helpful during our stay there. We love breakfast time with them too. The room was cozy and the location was convenient to get around and also to the airport, thanks to their extra notes and tips of getting around the region too. It made our travel in Ireland even more memorable having met with such lovely hosts and every conversation with them was so enjoyable.

My two nights at The Artist Residence were just what I needed to wrap up my holiday in Dublin. It was a beautiful and peaceful retreat. The homemade breakfast and treats were delicious. I took several strolls along the coastline and walked about 30 minutes to Burrow Beach. The cottage is warm and cozy. There is plenty of artwork to be admired. The hosts Bea and David are generous and welcoming.

Room was amazing! Everything you needed in the room. The staff were so lovely and friendly. The only problem is if you arrive late in the evening, it’s hard to find something to eat. Also if ordering something online the location it says you are at is sometimes not the hotel.

It is a shelly spit of land with big skies and a real sense of space so close to busy Dublin. The breakfast was excellent and the staff competent and experienced. The staff in the restaurant are very young and it seems understaffed to deal with the big family groups who come to eat at the weekend.

Room was cluttered, too small.

Room was cluttered, too small. Heating was broken over the whole course of our stay. Transport to and from the airport was included in the package but there was no transport the night we returned , when i rang the hotel, i was told get my own transport, and we were stranded and had to pay for a taxi and again returned to a freezing cold room. We ordered food and waited 90 minutes in the restaurant/bar for it. I spoke to management about the cold room, the transport, food etc and was told they would contact me to offer a free stay. They didn't. I emailed the manager but no reply. It was overpriced also. People....do not go there
