Chicago

Chicago is one of the most underestimated vacation destinations in the United States. So much to do for couples but also for families. Being able to walk everywhere and not have to worry about driving or waiting on rideshare was the best. There was something new to see and experience even if you walked the same path every day. The architect of the buildings and learning the history behind them was beyond expectation. The people are amazing. Lots of live music and different entertainment every night to choose from. Got to try the rainbow cone when you come visit.

Chicago

Everyone in the whole city was super friendly and we did everything and saw plenty for our week's stay. . I traveled with two elderly ladies and we were treated with such kindness and patience from almost everyone. We did the view 360, the magnificent mile shopping, the Harry Potter store shopping experience, the Bean, The Field Museum, the Art Institute of Chicago, The Water Taxi, China Town, Little Village, The Shops at Nordstrom, The Italian Restaurants, the Chicago dogs, the Deep Dish, The Starbucks Reserve, The Navy Pier, The huge Ferris Wheel and the Carousel at the Navy Pier, Trump Tower, The River Walk area shops and restaurants... We had a wonderful time and experience. The Ubers and the Taxi's were much cheaper than the bike guys with the carriages, stay away from those monsters.

Chicago

Such a beautiful city. Great museums, solid restaurants, fun to wander around parks. Definitely take the architecture boat tour to truly appreciate the beauty of the city and the uniqueness of the buildings. Also loved the Art Institute and the Dinisaur exhibit at the Field Myseum is exceptional.

Chicago

We visited for A Taste of Chicago, took an evening boat ride to watch the fireworks and, of course, went shopping on the Magnificent Mile. We could spend a week there and still not see everything there is to see and do. I loved it.

Chicago

Enjoyed seeing Savannah Bananas at Wrigley field. Very entertaining! Luckily we had reserved parking! Traffic was a 🐻 bear! Tired after walking as we are seniors so we ordered room service. Next trip I plan to see the Obama Center. Never saw a marked exit for it heading east out of town:(

Chicago

It wasn't my first time in Chicago, but there is always more to do. This time we visited the north beach and did the architecture boat tour. We were in town for less than. 24 hours so that was perfect. We also went to the White Sox game. It was a fast but fun filled trip.

Chicago

I’ve been to Chicago a number of times in my life for various purposes. I think of it as the northern Midwest’s answer to New York and I enjoy taking Amtrak to Union Station. I came specifically for a concert at Reggie’s which was very entertaining and attracted a friendly audience. And I enjoy the taxi drivers. I came specifically for a VIP ticketed concert of my favorite rock band from Japan. They chose to begin their U.S. tour at Reggie’s!!
