"We love going to Ocean Shores. Very quiet and layed back. Not a lot of hustle and bustle. Loved going through some of the shops. The IGA Grocery Store has plenty of items to choose from. I would highly recommend "Bennett's" Fish Shack. Their clam chowder is wonderful. Busy place though, so don't be surprised if you have to wait in line. We waited maybe 5 minutes before being seated. Worth the Wait. The one way streets can be confusing at first, but there are plenty of U-turn spots. Also would recommend going on a boat tour at the Boat House. The boats have electric motors, so are very quiet. They charge by the hr, with minimum of 2 hrs. plus you can pay $20 dollars extra an hour for a driver. We really enjoyed going around Duck Lake. We saw deer, ducks, Blue Herons, and geese along the way. Worth every penny."

"I lived in Long Beach for 4 yrs., loved it that’s why I returned. The choice of hotel was enough to ruin my much needed rest and tranquility. It was the worst value for the money I have ever spent on a room, no exaggeration. I had to drive 4 hours home after getting zero sleep due to the noise, lousy bed, no air conditioning and a window you can’t close. Even having a coffee maker would have been a nice gesture, but nothing. I just wanted out of there, it smelled like stinky feet too, YUK!"

Lovely spot with harbor views from the conveniently located restaurant downstairs, which served us well for dinner both nights. The bed was terrific! The place was spotless. And they use environmentally friendly soap and shampoo. We really appreciated the contactless checkin and checkout. We were well apprised of the process and room codes before arrival, and perfectly timed texts kept us informed and reassured that we were well looked after. We enjoyed the quiet, rustic space to relax after a long walk on the beach, and availed ourselves of the excellent selection in the adjacent bookstore for our beach reads. We will definitely stay here again!

It’s a lovely property right on the beach. It’s a smaller building (which I loved) with only 9 rooms that seems to be an extension of the Adrift Hotel next door. Our second floor corner room had a beach-facing balcony with two chairs, a perfect spot for sitting and watching the waves. If the weather is blustery, you’ll still enjoy the view from the sliding door and a huge picture window. The jetted tub is both large and deep…so relaxing. Property amenities are plentiful, and the staff is so kind. Would be more than happy to stay here again!

Ocean shires I res a b d it's businesses and facilities is h going deeply down hill. An entire large mainstay Hotel and restaurant at the main beach entrance has been shut down by the city for code violations. This us a bit funny or actually sad since the whole town is in a death spiral

The town was hoppin' with lots of interesting shops, restaurants, pubs, activities, points of interest and history. An excellent location for biking; it's a flat as can be. Close to fishing docks and spectacular and scenic parks. Easy access to the ocean beach and bonus - you can drive your car or RV on the beach! Scoopers is a huge store loaded with a variety of candies, fudge, and fantastic ice cream cones. We visited Long Beach when it was sunny, warm and dry.

Westport is a charming seaport town, perfect for a weekend visit. Beach lovers will enjoy the easy access to two state parks, marina, and in town bay beach, plus it's an agate collectors dream location. There are several dining options available, as well as cute shops that cater to everyone, rather than just the well to do. Also available are fishing charters and ample dock space for those fishing and crabbing without a boat, and a long paved trail for walking and biking leads all the way from town to the state parks.

We loved the Oceancrest hotel and the dinners there, our walk on the beach, and recommend to also check out small artist galleries and coastal towns in the surroundings. An absolute gem is the nearby Lake Quinault and its stunning rain forest: check out the Rain Forest Nature Trail with its interesting information boards about the "eco-web" of this rainforest.

It was easy to access and nice to be able to drive down directly to it. I only wish it was an easier way to see the Tidal Pools. All of the roads that AI said to use are private with NO trespassing signs. We ate at Copalis beach brewery at Ocean Beach. Name was confusing but food and waiter were excellent.
