Very friendly staff. We had a last minute booking due to a cancelled flight and the staff were very accomodating. I can't remember the name of the lady that checked us in but she was awesome. So helpful! Amy at the bar was a great host, very friendly and welcoming. Hotel beds were very comfortable and the shower was great. Very happy with our stay and would definitely book again.

There is a lot of tings to see and do and D.C.

There is a lot of tings to see and do and D.C. There are a lot of free attractions, but you need to plan ahead because some require time slots. Be prepared for meals because they can be pricey, even for simple meals. We purchased a weekly unlimited pass for the Metro Rail and Bus public transportation and we did not have any issues. They were clean and no concerns of personal safety. They are a little tricky to navigate, but using the map app on the cell phone helps.

Great location where one could sense the importance of the National Guard, Air Force, and other military operations. Gave us a great sense of how the USA is operated - from Arlington, the Pentagon, and the White House.

We lived here for many years, so are fully aware of Alexandria’s many assets: shopping, history, nearness to D.C. and Mt Vernon. The Del Ray neighborhood nearby offers great restaurants (Del Ray Cafe!!!) and is not far. Location on the Potomac offers beautiful views and even boat transportation to the city in some instances.

Property is at a very good location. Room very neat with professional housekeeping staff. There are professional and customer friendly front desk staff always ready to help and the buffet breakfast is excellent

Bethesda is a great place to travel to and to live.

Bethesda is a great place to travel to and to live. You will find everything you need conveniently for your family. It is a great location near DC, which makes it especially attractive. You can visit many free museums and sites in DC and then relax in Bethesda Row, with many restaurants and cafes.

The hotel was A plus in customer Service, cost sufficient , save money for breakfast due to the complimentary breakfast, which is a huge plus. The fitness room was so needed and the pool. The hotel is near the center of malls and restaurants even if you didn’t have a transportation.

Tysons Corners is new in some areas and getting a lift in others. Of course this leads to traffic and detours. Other than that, it's a great location especially with the new high priced hotels in the immediate area. Safe travels!

I am a Penn State grad and my son will soon be a Maryland...

I am a Penn State grad and my son will soon be a Maryland grad. College Park has "an edge" to it that State College does not, likely because of its amazing proximity to DC (instead of being in the middle of nowhere like PSU). Wise to be careful though it does not feel dangerous. we did not have time this trip to take the 10-15 minute trip into DC but The Hotel would be a good "base location" to do so.

What a great house this was!

What a great house this was! We appreciated the cleanliness, the hospitality, and the fact that it had everything we needed. The house is very close to a subway station with tons of parking. It was a great fit for our family.

Not a good place to stay. Pick somewhere else.

Not a good place to stay. Pick somewhere else. The fridge sucks, it has a dial all the way in the back and it ruined our food. There’s only stairs, so you have carry your luggage up everywhere. The beds suck and are on a weird metal frame. The lighting is bad.
