We had a problem about our booking because of the website before we came but the host handled everything very nicely,sorted it out and made sure we didnt have any problem with our stay.Technology in the building and the room was absolutely amazing. TV was big,having an espresso machine was nice,hygiene set,toothbrush,spacious and clean room.Everything was perfect.

The hotel is situated in a beautiful area. Owner is super welcoming. You can buy drinks there and they can even cook for you if you want. We enjoyed our stay a lot! The room is very nice, bathroom luxurious.

Hotel Ari is by far the best hotel in the region and also the newest. Everything is top quality — from the modern design and spotless rooms to the exceptional service. Even the standard rooms are the largest we have ever stayed in. A truly outstanding experience that exceeded all expectations.

I had a really nice stay at Central Hotel in Ferizaj. The staff were very friendly and made everything easy from the start. Check-in was quick and I felt comfortable right away. The room felt new and very clean. Everything looked fresh and well taken care of. The bed was honestly amazing — super comfortable, and I slept really well. The room was also quiet, which made it even better. I also really liked the bathroom products — the shampoos looked expensive and smelled really good, which was a nice surprise. The shower and everything else in the room was simple to use and worked perfectly, which made the stay even more relaxing. The location is great too, right in the center, so it’s easy to walk everywhere. Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and modern place with friendly staff. I would definitely stay here again.

We would highly recommend this hotel. The property was spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The room was well-maintained, quiet, and beautifully presented. One thing we especially appreciated was how easy and convenient the self check-in process was. We arrived quite late in the evening, but everything was clearly organized and hassle-free, making our arrival smooth and stress-free. The location was excellent, and the overall experience exceeded our expectations. The attention to detail and the ease of the entire stay made a real difference. We will definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit.

The hotel overall and its facilities are amazing! Further away from Prishtina which is great if you're traveling by car. Breakfast food was delicious, so was the food at the 5th floor restaurant. The room was big and comfortable, mattress and pillows as well. Gas station, ATM, even burger king right in front. Spa center is one of the best I've seen, many massage options as well. Staff was lovely, welcoming, and helpful. Would love to come back!

The hotel has a perfect location right in the city center and offers an amazing view of Prizren. The rooms are quite spacious, comfortable and offer all the necessary facilities. The hotel's decoration is quite special and pleasant. The staff is very dedicated and takes care of every detail to ensure you have a great, peaceful and enjoyable experience. Don't think twice, Makadam Hotel should definitely be your choice if you visit Prizren.
