The professionalism of the staff at Ostello Bello is unparalleled. When an unexpected issue arose with my initially booked room, the team handled the situation with the utmost care and efficiency. Despite the lack of availability that matched my original criteria, the manager personally addressed the matter, offering a heartfelt apology and a solution that was both generous and unexpected. I was upgraded to a private room, a gesture that speaks volumes about the hostel’s commitment to guest satisfaction. It’s rare to find such a high level of service and attentiveness in the hostel industry, but Ostello Bello stands out as a shining example. Giuseppe and Antonio are such nice hosts, helped with everything, and showed all the places I should visit and how to get to them. They also left a gift in the room, it was very tasty. The room was very nice and clean. Though I would suggest taking a bigger room if you're not traveling alone. You can also reach the city center and all the attractions with the metro as it's not far away from the hotel.

The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioner was excellent.

Close to everything!! Location can’t be beat. The apartment was very well appointed and we lacked for nothing. Hot water, YES!! Plenty closet space. Comfortable bed, good bathroom! The host was friendly & responsive. Arranged our transportation back to Napoli Centrale. Help with the luggage up steep stairs upon arrival was VERY helpful! Bravo e grazie! My husband who initially balked at the gritty entrance ended up loving our stay here! And we fell absolutely in love with Naples & the friendly inhabitants.

Lots of attention to detail and care. Appreciated all the little extra touches, free coffee and breakfast, water bottles etc. Very warm and welcoming. Very comfy apartment and nice shower.

Very convenient location 5 minutes uphill (with some stairs) from the City Centre (Dante Metro station). Property is in quieter part comparing other streets around. Great service provided by the owner, he picked us from and to the airport for a fee and dropped us very close to the property with all instructions. He also took us to the City and suggested some places where to eat and shop. Information and photos of the property were as described and they fulfilled our expectations. We felt safe in the neighborhood.

The location was ideal, especially since I had family and a friend visit. The two bedrooms were perfect and it was very quiet at night.
