Location is perfect. lively lobby, essentials available in the market, walking distance to everything. Parking across the road is cheaper than valet and it's in an open lot. Overall, this is our go to!

Excellent customer service. Very clean rooms, they are on the smaller side but are still very practical and have a great view of the city. The tacos and drinks in the lobby are a welcome plus. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend it for anyone wishing to stay in a central place of Chicago. It was a great spot for us to meet this lovely city.

Brilliantly situated in the heart of the Downtown Loop, the Residence Inn is genuinely stylish and perfect for a city break. Rooms are spacious and well equipped: beds and pillows are really comfortable and the bathrooms are very modern with a range of good toiletries.
