Another wonderful aspect is the friendly, open atmosphere of Tulum South Beach. It’s incredibly easy to meet people here—whether during beach walks, at nearby cafés, or over sunset cocktails—which adds a warm and social dimension to the otherwise tranquil experience. The staff were warm, professional, and genuinely attentive, adding to the sense of personalized boutique hospitality. A special mention goes to the manager, Sonja, who was truly exceptional—kind, attentive, and highly professional, ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience throughout the stay. This property is great! If you are looking for a place in the center of the city with staff that are incredibly kind of easy going you will love this. I wish I had known about them earlier because it was a great place. They also have a really nice breakfast spot for the morning.

We had an issue at the beginning but it got solved by contacting the staff. The room was spacious and had everything we needed. The complex has great facilities, gym, roof pool, etc all free of charge.

It’s a serene place with Great service and several programs like Yoga, Pilate etc. staff is extremely good. Special mention to Ara and Jay at the front desk. Not to forget Daniele at the Bar.

Staff went the extra mile! Free breakfast was a nice surprise although I am not sure it is always provided. (We were there for a special city-wide event.)

It was tucked away in the forest with beautiful treasures on the property- rivers, cenotes, walking path in the woods, bicycles, kayaks! The staff were exceptional, and the whole experience was fabulous. Despite the rains we had a beautiful time. They also had a great wellness activity lined up every day. Absolutely loved it! Point to note is that it is a good drive away from the streets of Tulum.

Heaven on Earth!! The food was unbelievable, you wouldn’t think everything on the menu is vegan or vegetarian and tastes so good. The property ins brand new, the attention to details in the interior design are out of this world. The service was amazing, we had a personal butler and was super handy. The beach was super clean with no sargassum. Would definitely come back ASAP.
