The location. It’s walkable to the lake, the shopping areas, with busses passing in front of the hotel. The rooms were clean and roomy with a balcony that is high-up that you see the whole town and mountains and are beautiful at night. Bathroom is clean. Breakfast in the morning is typical of the area but the fresh coffee is good, shout-out to Claudio, he is a gem and very attentive.

Amazing location , good breakfast , great services, clean room , parking for car was far form hotel 10 min walking , the restraint under the hotel very good, the view from balcony was great.

Modern room design and comfortable bed. Had amazing breakfast (great variety of hot dishes) and dinner at the hotel bistro. Polite staff and we can get to check in the room early.

The location is absolutely perfect — right in the heart of the city, within walking distance of all key attractions, shops, and restaurants. What truly made the experience exceptional was the host, Marco. He is incredibly kind, attentive, and highly responsive. From the very beginning, he provided clear instructions, was always available for any questions, and genuinely cared about our comfort. His professionalism and warm attitude made us feel welcome and completely at ease.

Wonderful authentic Grotto from the 17th century. spacious comfortable rooms. The Grotto is a gem of a retreat! Wonderful breakfast included:)

The scenic location is beautiful, the room was very comfortable.

Great value for money! The staff were very helpful and even upgraded for free our room to include a view of the lake. The hotel is in fact a hotel restaurant and you must try it cause it is very good. The breakfast was also good enough for a small extra fee. I totally recommend it for one or more nights stay.

Location was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the train station and the bus we needed. 5 minute walk downhill to the downtown area was easy. Room and bed were comfortable. Breakfast was good. I'd stay again for sure.

This place that I visited 4 times its just perfect located I know there are a lot of more "better options there" but this place balance everything location nice views near to the best restaurants what else I can ask? The breakfast was good and the personal who works there are kind and helpful.

The breakfast was fabulous. The view was amazing. Sunsets were great. Right on the bus route and out of town a bit on the hillside. The staff was wonderful and the food was great.

Amazing hotel. Very spacious room with private yard area. Air conditioner was great for the hot weather. Pool was very nice to swim in and to relax on the loungers.

The location is very cute, the building is very charming and extremely well kept. The shared bathroom is super clean and well arranged. My room was simple yet functional with a very comfy bed.
