The property was excellent, and the amenities for the Room were great. It provided a relaxing atmosphere after a day of touring. The Restaurant was superb! Food was Original to the region, with informative waitstaff on menu questions. Breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options. Clean, modern, quiet and friendly.

The breakfast was outstanding with many choices (bread, rolls, sausage, cheese, eggs, cake, fruits, lachs, German speck, and much more) coffee, tea, juice. I liked the friendliness of all staff ("German Gastfreundschaft").

This modern, 4-star privately-run hotel is located right next to the university clinic in Freiburg. It has an à la carte restaurant, on-site parking and good links to the A5 motorway.

Charming hotel with a local feel and very good comfort. Excellent breakfast with a large choice of products, including local and organic ones. Central location, close to the train station and the downtown area, and with a pleasant park just nearby. Very nice and helpful staff. Comfortable room.
