Absolutely adored this place, it was so cozy and close to town centre. My little window that looked out to the river I loved! Very quiet, couldn’t hear any of my neighbours.

The location is close to the city centre, for those looking for Rabbies group tours pick up location. It has a cool bar. Staff were friendly & professional. The rooms are big & very clean. It has enough car park too.

This was a beautiful hotel. I love the swimming pool most of all as when I travel around Scotland I didn’t expect to find, but I always bring my bathing. It was a lovely temperature and also had a sauna and steamer. It is a beautiful property.

The location is perfect if you arrive on the train. Staff is nice and helpful.

Kathy is just the nicest person. I had an early start and she packed me a beautiful lunch because I was going to miss breakfast. She also found me accommodation in a nearby guest house because she had no vacancy for the night I returned from my tour. It was so nice of her, and really helped me out!

The bed was extremely comfortable and the room was clean and cute. The little touches (shortbread, Scottish tablets, and Easter chocolate) also elevated an already great experience.

Wow what an amazingly lovely and comfortable hotel. My room was so sweet and perfect for a solo traveller. I loved all the historic art. I think this was the nicest hotel I've ever stayed at. Comfortable bed, amazing shower, the kindest staff. I can't recommend enough.

The staff was very friendly. The bed was very comfortable. Great location. Good bar and restaurant. Short walk to downtown for live entertainment. Well worth it.
