The apartment with terrace was fantastic easy check in and check out..the host was professional and really helpful... excellent location for South Beach pier pleasure beach etc...good corner shop and chip shop 2 minute walk to sea front...and tram stops with trams running on a regular basis... everything you could want for self catering and excellent have TV also in bedroom...so quite and great nights sleep... will be booking again...home from home and didnt want to leave

The vibe of this place is amazing. The art, the whole feel of the place is just perfect. Beautiful clean place. Alot of love and care goes into it and it shows. Plenty of refreshments and small touches that made it feel like home. Had the best night sleep here, it's away from all the noise but close to everything you might want to see. The bed was very comfy

What wonderful hosts Cleo and Leigh were. Nothing was too much trouble. They asked what we would like for breakfast and delivered exceptional food. Small bottles of beer and wine were provided in the room for a small charge. They discovered that we were staying at Bay Tree House during our wedding anniversary, the next day we found a gift left in our bedroom with a delightful card. Anyone looking to stay in Southport should look no further than the Bay Tree. Thank you Cleo and Leigh

The Owner made our stay . He was so polite and welcoming . All the staff in the Pub & Restaurant were very polite & welcoming. This Hotel was so lovley we have already booked for next July This stay was exceptional, highly recommend this hotel.

Finally arrived and on entering was pleasantly surprised at how clean it was and it smelt very fresh.. My room was on the 1st floor, and my first impression was that it looked very clean and comfortable. Next morning after a great sleep in a clean and comfortable single bed. Bathroom cleanliness was spot on. Great shower cubicle plus large towel supplied if required. The room had everything needed for a relaxing and comfortable stay. Met Mark each morning for a chat on my way out for the day. He was always polite and informative on the area and places of interest to visit. I would highly recommend Lynmoore Guest House to family and friends. 5 🌟 rating from me due to value, cleanliness and Mark being so helpful. I will be returning to this property in a few months time to visit my grandson and see the Blackpool Illuminations and Xmas lights turn on.

Host was a lovely mix of extremely pleasant and friendly, without being overbearing. Price was right, location was easy to get to and right near the beach.

Didn’t take full advantage of the breakfast menu but it was extensive. Sorry to see how Southport has gone down hill Wouldn’t hesitate to stay there again
