Service, Spa, the staff and breakfast very professional.

Very kind hotel owners – it’s a family: grown-up children and their mother. They truly care for their guests as if they were part of the family. The place is very peaceful and pleasant. We had both breakfast and dinner there. There’s parking available near the hotel. There’s also a small rooftop pool with sun loungers – and the view over Tuscany is breathtaking. The hotel and the rooms are very clean. If you’re looking for an affordable and quiet place – this is the one.

The place is clean and tidy, the breakfast is very satisfying, the location is fine in my opinion. There is private parking on site and the area seems safe. It is possible to book a place in the spa, although we did not take advantage of it. The staff is very kind and helpful.

The owners were there at the front desk to greet us and help arrange our terme visit. They provided afternoon Apertivos and suggested we sit in the sun on the rooftop deck! They were super helpful and the breakfast buffet was well done each morning!

Friendly staff, great location, clean and comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast, free parking, nice pool and spa area, and really close to the Chianciano thermal baths. Would definitely stay in this hotel again in the future.

the staff were absolutely beautiful, very helpful and caring. The room was lovely, great facilities, and a block out door that kept the room very dark allowing you to sleep in, which we loved. The view waking up in the morning and walking out of the room is stunning. I would highly recommend staying here.

Charming location amongst olive trees and vineyards, very convenient as a base for traveling around Tuscany. Fantastic staff - very welcoming and always ready to help. Enjoyable stay. Would love to come back

Bloody fantastic !!!! Everything massively exceeded our expectations. Family, especially grandmother were so kind and friendly. The couldn’t do enough for us. Everything. The host, the apartment, the location. The host is very attentive and communicative. We stayed 5 nights and wished we stayed longer. The apartment is very comfortable and has all you need. It was a perfect base for the area. Book now!

Had private, free parking for guests. Breakfast was diverse. Hosts were very hospitable and generous. Room was clean, spacious, well equipped with amenities. Bed was comfortable and appreciated the two different pillows given to each guest.

The hotel is so unique and great location. There were 6 of us, 3 couples and all our rooms were lovely and clean. Breakfast was great and delivered with a flourish. Roberto the host is one of a kind and made our stay so special. Vittoria's pastries are to die for. Can't recommend this hotel enough ❤️

The location was great. The staff were very nice. There was a little kitchen which was very convenient. There was also a very sweet cat that would come to our door.

Was a dream! Very beautiful, stayed there in November and we were the only ones occupying the whole villa. Beautiful views! Breakfast was very good and owners and workers were very helpful.
