Everything was great during our stay. We were given ice cream when checked in. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. And the live band at Friday night at the rooftop swimming pool was amazing! Also, the minibar is free!

This is my second time staying at the Campbell House. The rooms are beautiful. The bed is comfy. The staff is very kind and helpful. The location can’t be beat!

The hotel is beautiful, in a heritage building. The details of the decor are charming and functional. The room was spacious and clean. The location is perfect if you want to explore Georgetown on foot. Lots of options for wonderful food nearby.

This 150 year old building has great charm and the owner has kept it as original as possible. The room is not big but it has the necessary travellers' facilities like fast wifi, en suite bathroom( not common in small Penang heritage hotels I've stayed), streaming TV and good air-conditioning, safe box. The place is very clean and quiet and the bed is comfortable( with feather pillows!).So I had a good sleep at night. The 24 hr staff are friendly although they can't communicate well in English. But, everything I wanted is sorted out by them. The security is very good whereby only guests are allowed entry with keycards. This will definitely be my small heritage hotel of choice the next time I visit Penang.

Actually I just published a recommendation post about this hotel..I have to say it’s one of my favorite part of my Penang journey. Everything is just so perfect. I choose hotels mostly depend on the details, and during my stay inside, there’s nothing I can say dislike👍🏻 Clean, bright, intelligent, with very user-friendly layout and space design, returning to the room has become my everyday expectation .. All staff are highly qualified, all the decorations are fascinating. I will definitely choose it again when next time back to Penang.

The breakfast options were diverse and quite filling, the room was super cosy and from a long flight I loved that it was only 20 minutes from the airport. Check-in was very smooth and my stay overall was great. I wish I had booked more nights!

We loved the style of the hotel, making it more of an authentic stay in Georgetown for us. We try our best to find accommodation that is more personal and true to the locations heritage and we found it here. The location is perfect, in a quiet street with beautiful winding walkways to popular areas, cafes, restaurants, shops.

The decoration are unique and tropical. Each room type has a name and different types of decor. Biru biru cafe & bar is very beautiful and the hotel guests can have 20% discount

It's the first time I've checked into the two bedroom suite and it was a dream. Two separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a lounge area. There's lots of Grab around so it's easy to get around the area. Breakfast was good. Definitely coming back again.
