Beautiful large triple room. Newly renovated. Spotless and very well designed. Largest and nicest room we have had in our 3 week trip. Location great. Easy 15 min tram or bus to train. Next to castle and huge shopping street with many restaurants and bars.

The interior space is very welcoming. Breakfast and dinner were excellent (good value). The staff was extremely friendly and warm. The location is nearby downtown area and Hitoyoshi station.

It is in front of the building where the bus terminal is located, so it is convenient to come from the airport and go somewhere in the city. Within walking distance of Kumamoto Castle. There are many shops near the downtown area, but it didn't feel noisy at night. The room was comfortable.

There was nothing that we didn't like. We enjoyed everything. Great staff, location, and hotel. Location is perfect and easy to get to from the airport. It is also very close to Kumamoto Castle. My wife and I really loved our room and the morning breakfast buffet was fantastic. The staff was also very helpful and friendly. We visited during our anniversary and they upgraded our room with one of the best views of Kumamoto Castle.
