The Kaiseki dinner and the breakfast in a private dinning room were really nice experience for taste and view. The dishes were very well presented in decent plates. The private open air onsen was also a very romantic experience.

The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, our waitress for our dinner was very fun to converse with, along with everyone else we spoke with. The dinner was very well made, the facilities were beautiful, and our rooms were everything we could’ve asked for. The location is also excellent in the middle of everything, allowing for an easy walk around Kurokawa.

One of the most beautiful hotels I’ve seen. A magical Japanese garden with a hint of smoke from a fireplace and fog as you walk in. Cute magical moss-covered figurines at every turn. The buildings were the perfect blend of indoor and outdoor spaces, with tasteful design and adorable wooden objects in nooks and crannies around the interiors. I can’t wait to come back.

The inn is very charming surrounded by beautiful nature. I stayed one night after walking the entire day from aso. The owner was so so kind by driving’s picking me up to the nearest restaurant as I had no car and food. I am so very very greatful. It was very kind. Thank you very much
