The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The historical building and the interior with all of the sitting spots was well done. The kitchen facilities were clean and well stocked and the AM coffee was very much appreciated.

My second time staying here, this time with family rather than friends. They loved every minute of the onsen experiences and breakfast. If it’s your first time staying here, breakfast is a must even if it’s at least once. I’m excited to come back next time!

Our stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful! The view of Mount Fuji from the room was breathtaking. The room itself was spacious, clean, and incredibly comfortable. What stood out the most were the thoughtful amenities in the room, like the provided sleepwear, microwave, and water filter—small details that made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff were extremely polite and provided excellent service. We were even upgraded on the 2nd day to the same room without extra charge, which was a lovely surprise. Overall, an amazing experience and I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for the exceptional service
