United StatesRené and Esther were wonderful hosts. They took a real interest in our activities. They care about their guests. The room was comfortable, with a modern bathroom with a good walk-in shower. It was quiet at night. Our room had a small balcony with a view of the mountains. Berwang is a small town and you can walk everywhere. Although there was one flight of stairs to our room, the stairs were not steep and had a good handrail. It's an easy day trip to get to the Austrian side of Zugspitze gondola.

It had plenty of space and some excellent bed-rooms (though overly large and small pillows for some reason).
It was nicely located with a good view and a lot of interesting things to do nearby. It was easy to get to and there was plenty of space for our car.
The owner was really kind and helpful. They put together a list of interesting things to see and do in the area, as our plans had to be changed due to heavy snow in September. They also allowed us to use some childrens clothing, as we hadn't packed for such cold conditions. Lastly, they allowed us to charge our electric car there, which was a nice gesture.

Really clean and decorated very cute. The hotel lodge has Austrian feel with up to date facilities. The washroom was compact but was thoughtfully designed to make it more space friendly which I appreciate. Staff was very accommodating and quick to respond to any inquiries. The location is really nice, you can easily get to various hiking trails in the area by car.

The apartment was exactly what was described about it. We had our own terrace, which had a really nice view. The hosts even asked if we wanted breakfast in the mornings. We had everything we needed in this apartment.
