Peaceful yet convenient location, modern décor in both the bedroom and bathroom, excellent comfort and spotless cleanliness, a lovely circular pool in the garden with plenty of loungers, the breakfast staff’s genuine kindness, the smooth late-check-in arrangement, and handy outdoor parking.

Best of both worlds: large apartments, hotel service, large beautiful garden, nice swimming pool. A very cozy place , very little people around, very friendly staff. Walking distance from Ascona. We were in a rush while leaving and forgot few things at the hotel.. and they sent those back to our home address without any fees.

Our stay at Ostello & Camping Riposo was fantastic! Surrounded by stunning nature, it was the ideal escape for our family. The shared facilities were spotless, and the atmosphere was both peaceful and exciting. The friendly staff went above and beyond, making us feel right at home. We loved exploring the nearby trails and enjoying the serene environment. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a memorable family vacation in nature!

It is 4 kilometers from Locarno train station and city center. Bus route 7 runs every 10-15 minutes from across the street to there, the same frequency even during Saturdays and Sundays. Plenty of free parking spaces in front of the hotel. Since you get free Ticino ticket covering all public transportation, it makes sense to leave your car and take bus #7, especially it is so frequent. The facility has a cafe, although it closes at the dinner time. It is a good place to have a drink, but not really for the dinner. There are several large grocery stores like Coop and Migros at about 1.5 KM away at the river side. You can drive there or take #7 bus, equally convenient. The hostess speaks several languages well. The room is clean, and the breakfast is good.

location was good and the pool is a big plus, but parking is within a walking distance of 150 meters.

Quite area, but close enough to everything. Patio area was super cute and relaxing.

It was super clean and a very comfortable bed.
