The comfortable beds, clean, all necessary cosmetics were available, tasty breakfast. The location was good but a bit far from the center (40 minutes walking) but the forest around and shops. Easy to get to the center by bus (7 min). Staff is friendly. Welcome drink was highly appreciated

The best part!! The staff.. Suleiman and Arwa are amazing! Friendly to talk to, they advised me a lot on where to go and how to move in the city, also they speak arabic which is amazing for me.

The room planning is a bit unusual. Family room consists of 2 separate suites connected with a hallway- 1 with 2 beds and another with 1 queen bed. So in case of family of 5 (2 adults and 3 kids) booking offers 2 rooms (1 Family room (2 suits inside) + 1 double room) - which considers 1 child will be sleeping separately. However after discussing this with booking com and hotel stuff - we kept only 1 family room. Fast response and reaction.

Your hotel is the quietest hotel we have ever stayed in anywhere in the world. Despite the fact that major construction was happening a short distance away and the hotel is located on one of the main roads passing through Karlsruhe! The staff was always friendly and professional and went above and beyond providing exceptional customer service!

It was very clean, very spacious room, with easy parking and they allowed dogs.

Best bed and pillows of our two weeks in Europe! Almost like home. And truly the largest breakfast buffet we have seen in 6 years! It was amazing! What a gem this hotel is. Convenient walk from the train, easy to walk to the Fine Art Gallery and the Palace Museum. Great location. Friendly helpful staff. Really clean, nice and helpful team, underground parking option for 12 euro per day (parking outside is free afaik). 2 big supermarkets next door. Not so close to the centre but there were enough places to dine around. Good internet.

Spacious and clean apartment for our four person family. Bicycle parking in the garage. Across the street from a laundromat. Exactly what we needed.

Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Quick check in/check out. Quiet area. Free bottle of sparkling water + coffee/tea are offered. Parking is free in front of the hotel, but the slots are limited. There is a paid parking place nearby.

We were greeted by a very friendly German man who helped us find our room and provided the access code. No keys are needed—just the code, which is very convenient. The room is small but well-designed and clean. It appears to have been recently renovated, as everything looks new. The checkout process was even easier—we simply said goodbye to the staff, and that was it. Overall, I’d say the room was definitely worth the money.

The hotel staff quickly changed our room when we found the AC wasn't working.

Yes we want change the type of breakfast add more only also I found some Miskito in my room.
