Definitely the nicest Best Western Hotel I've ever seen. Everything was just perfect. We wished we could have stayed longer

The staff was very kind and friendly and even carried my bag up to the third floor for me. The room was exactly what I needed for the night.

Self check-in, free parking, close to the location I needed to be, quiet

The staff. The people at the reception, at breakfast and at dinner were very friendly. Especially Mike at the reception was very helpful. The hotel is really pet friendly. I got a spacy room for me and my dog looking over the lake. There is a park in front of the hotel where I could walk my dog every morning and evening. Breakfast is quite nice en dinner ok. Plenty of parking space.

I’d definitely come back here again and recommend it to anyone. It really felt like a home away from home!

The cleanliness of the room, the convenience and close proximity to the mall and coffee shops.

The overall experience is that everything feels of a very high quality. So far it is my best experience regarding hotels in Germany.

This place was a lucky find. a real gem! Central location with shops and many restaurants nearby; train station within easy walking distance. Great accommodation - comfortable, clean rooms; tasty breakfast. Most impressive was the warm and welcoming atmosphere in this family-run hotel. I highly recommend Hotel Albers and will definitely stay there again during my next visit to Recklinghausen.

Great breakfast in the beautiful restaurant space.

The location is perfect for me, few steps from a beautiful forest. The owner was nice and approachable, he helped me when I wanted to move to the bigger apartment 4 days before my end of stay. The apartment was clean.
