Rooms in Villaverde

The complete package was fantastic. Staff were helpful and keen to talk to the customers.

Lovely clean place with great rooftop. The bed is firm which was ok for me, property had almost all kitchen utensils,didn’t have a spatula tho made flipping the eggs a bit harder. I asked regarding if the property had a cafeteria management stated they did have one so I left mine at home. On arrival the property didn’t have one they had a pod machine totally different so I was a little bit upset as I had bought ground coffee. Also a Small issue regarding an oven tray which the property didn’t have one of those either, this rendered the oven useless. I did contact management and wasn’t sure if I should buy both to make my stay better however around 3hrs later and a second message asking what was happening A Pyrex dish was dropped off, not the same thing however I made it work. Also they dropped off a coffee filter machine I didn’t ask for that so that was great and a lovely touch. There is a problem with homelessness in Fuerteventura you will see plenty of caravans and camper vans there were around 10 that I counted parked in the private streets near the condo, they didn’t cause me any issues however just to be aware. All the roof tops are connected so when away make sure you lock doors and hide valuables maybe it’s just me being I little paranoid. We still had a great relaxing time and the stars at night are a highlight. I did get a strange email from management asking me to give the property a 10 or minimum a 9 that’s not how it works. So overall I would give the property an 8/10 even with the small issues I had. Maybe Its just me being fussy, I would still recommend this property it was a good price only 10min drive to Lidl/super Mercado which is the only shop open on a Sunday bear that in mind if you land late on a Sunday.

Beautiful and comfortable apartment with almost everything that you need. And even some things you didn't know you needed. I wish it was hot enough weather to use the amazing pool of the compaund.

A lovely, well appointed ground floor flat in a well maintained compound. The shared pool area is really nice (though the water was too cold in January to swim). The flat is very smart with tiled floors and white walls. The kitchen is well-equipped. The various oils, spices and salt etc that were in the cupboard were very welcome. Beds were comfortable and the showers were hot (two bathrooms). The TV was great and it was easy to get on Netflix etc. The wifi worked well. Communication by Whatsapp with Katja was friendly. The outside dining and relaxing patio is very nice. The proximity to El Cotillo, Corralejo, Villeverde and Lajares is great. Recommendations (by Whatsapp) on where to eat were great. Despite some room for improvements (mentioned below) the flat was great.

Perfect location in a very quite community with just a short drive to all the interesting places in the north of the island. Very comfortable and clean. Staff very professional. Easy check in and out.
