Room quality, space and cleanness

This is a very clean and pleasant property. The staff is exceptionally courteous and very professional. We had an issue with the lighting in our room that was promptly rectified.

Excellent value for money with comfy beds. Room was spotlessly clean and beds remade each day. Tasty and varied breakfast.

Great location, staff, food - nothing bad to point out.

When checked in late and the kitchen was closed but asked anyways if we were hungry and if so they could fix somethings for us even though the kitchen was closed. I was very impressed for them asking and willing to make sure we were taken care of.

Everything! Such a beautiful hotel, everything was on point. I loved it so much. Food especially breakfast was fabulous.

Beautifully decorated, thoughtfully furnished. Excellent breakfast. Lovely grounds and plenty of parking. Quality bedding, towels and toiletries.

Best part....short walk through door and you're in the bar. No taxis. Brilliant

The food was amazing, the best Sunday dinner we've ever had, and the staff was really helpful and polite. We would recommend it to anyone.

Room was extremely spacious and well appointed. Everything felt brand new and it was spotless. Excellent breakfast. Pub itself is beautiful (one of my favorites in the area). Food was great value and just lovely (we ate there both nights). Staff were friendly but efficient. Some beautiful walks nearby (Packwood House) Overall faultless.

We have received a very warm welcome from the host. The rooms were clean, equipped with kettle, tea bags, milk and some sweets. The bed was extremely comfortable.

A beautiful home away from home with everything you could possibly need. Spacious and immaculate. Close to some great pubs and B’ham airport.

The apartment was spectacular very modern and high tech. Smart toilets projectors in every bedroom along with a massage bed secure off road parking, was a lovely place wish I was staying longer hope to visit again in the future was very impressed
