United KingdomView from balcony was very poor looking out over grubby garages and blocks of flats. I had requested a sea view.
Handle on the outside of balcony door was disgusting and covered in a very thick layers of what seems to be dried on bird poo.
Apartment was incredibly well equipped.
Key safe is In a location that is really inaccessible in bad weather or for elderly /disabled people and really needs to be relocated.
Communication was by email and was excellent.

The apartment was really lovely, cosy but spacious and clean. Had everything you could possibly need, all the cooking equipment you should need and the beds were really comfy. The location was perfect, beach across the road, made us feel as though we were abroad. Definitely a 10/10

The property was very well maintained for an older building. On entering our room we were pleasantly surprised at the standard. Large comfy bed, fresh white linen & towels, tea/ coffee making facilities, biscuits. En-suite with large shower cubicle. Toiletries provided.
Great food, especially the breakfast. The staff were a credit to the business.
