Such a cute hotel, it was raining, but we made the best of it. Walked around the lake area had some drinks very quiet because of the rain went to a nice restaurant on the property which I can’t remember the name, but it was delicious.

Very comfortable, wonderful location and staff, air conditioner, superb restaurant.

Great staff, good restaurant, Jacuzzi and pool excellent in the summer. Room has comfy bed with coffee machine and balcony.

I had nice views of the mountains, a small piazza, and part of the church. Great location and excellent breakfast with so many choices. The staff were friendly and I appreciated the luggage storage that I used both before check-in and after check-out. Also easy few minutes walk from the bus stop.

Also not far to the city center by foot! + Very friendly and flexible staff (they allowed early check-in and also staying on the beach even after Check-out) + Very good and cozy breakfast. + Very silent and clean room (the one without a lake view). + Private parking lots. + Very good value for money.

Beautiful property and felt so welcome as we had to do a late check in after a day of traveling. Loved our room and hosts. Breakfast was fantastic.

Very cozy hotel, not that far away from the Cannobio city center, only 7-10 minutes by foot. There's a supermarket, cafes and restaurants in a walkable distance. The pillows and beds were really comfortable. The hosts are nice and really responsive. We got a room upgrade upgrade, since there's not that many people stayed at the hotel during this time. There is parking on site. It was quite in the night even though the hotel is not that far away from the road.

Barbara is a very sweet host. She greeted me warmly with cheerful enthusiam upon my arrival. Barbara has the kind of voice that you could listen to all day without without getting tiring of it. Wonderful personality! The breakfast was very nice. Croissants, granola, yoghurt, fruit, ham and cheese. Juice and coffee. The room was comfortable with a very good bed. She even walked us to a nearby restaurant to ensure we didnt get lost. Two bottles of water in the room which was very kind of her. Highly recommended!

The hotel is family owned and in a beautifully renovated, old, historical villa. The facilities are beautiful, the staff super kind and they serve really good breakfast. There is even a small private beach.
