The personal was very lovely with me, all the hotel was very prepared to receive the Fausto Coppi's Granfondo cycling people, also they offered a very early breakfast for riders (05:00 am...) More away than cycling event, the hotel is very near the center (via Roma), and they have a beautifil terrace to admire Cuneo.

The place is a straight shot from the train station on Via IV Novembre, about 400 meters or so. Check in was easy with the manager meeting us earlier than originally requested (our train got in before 13:30). With kind efficiency and use of Google translate, we were shown our room and operation of features and shared kitchen with breakfast foods, coffee capsules, tea and much more. The room was spacious with a convenient desk. The newly renovated en suite bath had the largest shower I've encountered in Italy so far. 😁 This is one of three rooms sharing a large eat in kitchen situation in an older apartment building. It seems secure as there are 2 doors (door into building and door into the apartments) in addition to the locked door of one's room. Room #3 has access to a balcony that offered a place to sit for your morning coffee. It's next to a parking lot. The most notable feature of this room was the abundance and variety of bath products (shaving cream, intimate wash, flushable wipes) and kitchen condiments (sugar, creamer, bottled water with carbonation, along with salt, pepper and olive oil). The breakfast items and tea selection was good as well.

Breakfast included, all prepacked already placed in the room. Shared bathroom - very large with shower. Access to the garden. It's a part of the house with a separate entrance, rooms are located on the first floor. Perfect communication with the host.

Gorgeous property surrounded by trees! Views of the mountains! Very close to Cuneo but in the country, just a perfect combination. We loved the breakfasts, the very helpful hosts, and the lovely quiet and clean rooms.

The service at the front desk was great when we arrived (somewhat oddly, there was nobody around at night or in the morning so we just left our key at the desk when we left). All our questions got answered quickly and we got great advice about parking and restaurants nearby. The room was great for the price and had everything we needed, the bathroom even seemed recently remodeled. The furniture wasn't quite as new but it was still comfortable for us!

I stayed for one night in one of the rooms on the first floor, right above the backyard. The location is good, right in the (not overly exciting) city center. On the upside, the room was clean and the amenities mentioned in the description on booking.com were all available (kettle, tea, coffee, A/C,..). Staff was friendly.

The room was very spacious and modern with everything one could want. The enormous locked garage was perfect for my motorcycle. The friendly staff was helpful, despite my lack of Italian.
