Loved this hotel! The staff were extremely helpful and gave detailed directions (with maps and pictures) on where to park to unload, and further directions to the parking garage. The lobby is delightful and the room was lovely. Very romantic place to stay! The view of the lake is so beautiful. We dined at the hotel restaurant the first evening and the food and service were flawless. We so enjoyed dining with the lake view. Breakfast is awesome, with something for everyone. Delicious pastries and breads, cheeses, cold cuts, even bacon and eggs (hard boiled, scrambled, and sunny side up). Fruit, vegetables, etc. again with a view of the lake. Very good location, many restaurants lees than 5 minutes walk away. Highly recommend.

It was so quaint. It is an apartment in the beautiful Gardone Riviera. Milo and his family were so welcoming and generous. They provided very helpful driving directions from Brescia train station. They generously provided the first drink on the house along with appetizers. I loved that St. Nicholas Church and numerous fabulous restaurants were feet away. It was like stepping back in time. But, Milo and his family, Kevin and Henri and so many wonderful people made my family feel at home.

My husband and I were so pleasantly surprised on every level. This hotel is FABULOUS!!! Getting there was too easy. Private parking on site. The hotel is an amazing location with lots of chairs along the lake so that you can sit wherever you’d like. You can literally step into the lake or swim in their gorgeous (and super clean) lake front pool. The staff was super courteous. We laughed when they would walk by singing and whistling. It might seem like a small thing, but people notice this stuff. Everyone was just super friendly and couldn’t do enough for us. The cleaning service was wonderful, too. Those maids really clean your room and make it up nicely. Also - I would be remiss if we didn’t mention the food here! The breakfast is absolutely incredible and the lunch/dinner options at the hotel are also fantastic. I ordered a chicken salad sandwich and fries, thinking it would be the quality of some average restaurant. However, I was shocked at how delicious and consistent the quality of the food was. The sandwich was absolutely great and even the French fries were wonderful!! My husband and I loved trying some of the Michelin rated restaurants on Lake Garda, but were so grateful to come back to the Villa Capri because it had delicious food with generous portions that didn’t break our wallet. Moreover, the waiters always had a smile on their face and were pleasant to us. I also want to give a shout out to the grounds crew. The gardens and grass always looked perfect. Just an all around perfect stay. Thank you so much to the entire staff at the Hotel Villa Capri…keep up the great work!!
