IsraelWe recently stayed at this small resort, and overall, we had a great experience. The place is extremely clean, everything is brand new, and the atmosphere is very peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway. The staff at the reception were very friendly and welcoming, and the location is excellent — just 15 minutes from Stresa and 5 minutes from the lake.
We really enjoyed our stay. Given that the resort opened just a month ago, I’m confident these minor concerns will be addressed. We loved the tranquility and the overall ambiance, and we would definitely consider returning!

The house was near public transport and short walk to shops and beach. It was an upstairs apartment with a separate room for the children and a balcony. Sufficient cooking equipment to make a meal and a few bits of food and drink available on arrival. Great having a washing machine. Fly screens on some windows allowing a breeze into apartment at night.

The location is exceptional. We had a room with a balcony and a lake view, and it was fantastic. The room was comfortable and clean. We extended our visit to enjoy more of the place and the manager kindly accepted . (Note: No kettle or fridge in the room.)
Ceiling fan works well for hot summer days.
Delicious fresh pastries were available on the breakfast table from 7-9 AM.
The staff and manager were friendly, and the food in the restaurant was delicious.
There is free parking in front of the hotel, and the place is dog-friendly.

It was well equipped with a nice,quiet balcony. The park belonging to the apartments was beautiful and it was great to cross it to go to the village.

We spent 2 wonderful weeks in the apartment on lower level of the villa with the little secluded terrace which was perfect for us and our little Maltese dog. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area. A little public beach is only a 5 min walk away and a bigger sandy beach is a 15 min walk away. The centre of Lesa with some nice restaurants can also be reached within 15 min by foot. Enrico is the perfect host, friendly, helpful, engaged, and very welcoming. We enjoyed every chat with him ☺️

Villa Preziosa was a cute and comfortable B&B in Lesa. The owner, Giuseppe was very nice and gave good recommendations on what to do in the area. The rooms were quiet with good views of the fog-covered mountains. There was a shared kitchen so it was nice to be able to cook. Next door is a supermarket so that was convenient. The train station is a few minutes walk away and the train takes you to nearby towns such Arona and Stresa.

The apartment is spacious, modern, well-equiped and clean. it is well secured. The host had prepared some groceries for breakfast, and a supermarket is nearby. Lesa is a good place to stay without the bustle of the busier towns, but it requires transportation to travel along the Lago Maggiore. Stresa can be reached after a short drive. In the small town of Lesa, there are some excellent location restaurants (some on the lake).
