New and modern hotel. Very friendly staff at the reception- big thanks to Simona! Comfortable room, clean facilities and great location if you come by car.

It is within walking distance from the train station. The hotel staff are helpful and speak adequate English. The hotel has a restaurant and breakfast is good!

This place never fails to impress. Beautifully decorated and deserves a 4 star ⭐ if not 5 ! Excellent breakfast , minimalist , quiet , great parking. Super friendly staff. Definitely recommendable.

Very big rooms and very clean with all necessities

Directly by the Center of town. Only 1 flight of steps. Very nice and helpful host. The bed was very comfortable, the room was very clean. I only stayed 1 night in Modica.

The room was clean and spacious, worth the price. The location was good. The owner lady was kind. Even tho i arrived late she managed to check me in. The staff did not speak english but that was no problem.

The place was really nice but the people were even better. The breakfasts were something special: every day, the owner provides delicious Modica home-made chocolates together with other home-made local specialities. Furthermore, breakfast is served by a very kind and welcoming lady who provides you with whatever you need. Tangerins hanging from the trees branches were also at disposal in the house citrus grove!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The hosts were warm and welcoming, which made our experience in Modica even better. The room was spacious, and the location was perfect for exploring the town.

Spacious, facilities, very juice apartment

Beautiful villa and amazing pool area. Very nice family who runs it. Rooms have everything you need, but are styled in the old villa style. Breakfast is nice. If you have a car this place is amazing for exploring Modica and Ragusa.

The place is a gorgeous elegant Palazzo! Full of magnificent antiques. Mimmo is the absolute best host ever. He gave us a personal tour of chiesa San Pietro unlocking amazing rooms to which the general public does not have access. Parked our car for us. Brought us a homemade treat to our room. It just doesn’t get any better.

The room was bright, airy and modern. Very clean, wonderful balcony providing panoramic view of Modica. The accommodation was close to shops, restaurants and points of historic interest. The hosts were very friendly and helpful.
