Pure Bliss amazing place and the Italian chef and manager was fantastic, such a great guy!!! Cannot fault the stay, breakfast was SENSATIONAL!!!

Everything. This is a new hotel, and considering they have only been open for one month, they excelled in every possible way. The rooms are wonderfully spacious, with kitchenettes and even a washing machine. The hotel also has a free shuttle service to pick you up from the station, and get you to the slopes. For skiing, the hotel is perfect. The ski rental, Spicy Rentals, is next door, and the hotel has lockers to keep your equipment. But, perhaps, best of all, there is the restaurant. Incredible French style cooking with Japanese elements. The chef is very creative, and the Maitre D, Mr. Yoshida, was gracious and extremely professional. Their tasting menu is 7 to 8 courses, perfectly cooked and so creatively presented! My wife and I love this hotel!

The hotel was spotless, and the staff were incredibly kind, going above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We arrived with our 2 year old and were pleasantly surprised to find a crib already prepared for us. The room was spacious, cozy, and perfect for our stay. Highly recommend this hotel if you’re visiting the Hakuba area. And a special mention for the restaurant—don’t miss it! The chef creates absolute magic with South Asian cuisine. 🙂

Great hotel and designed room in front of Iwatake resort. Loved the kitchen and hangout nook and windows. Lived the projector in the room for watching. Lovely to walk around area with so much fantastic snow. Totally charming hotel!

The staff were very nice. We did not know the accommodation offers a free breakfast in the morning. It was a great surprise!

Tony the manager is a credit to the organisation. He went above and beyond helping everyone with booking food, busses and info on the slopes. All of the other staff were incredible and really made the trip special. Beyond this the location is phenomenal right in the middle of town close to food and the slopes. Opposite the accomadation is the free bus shuttle to the other slopes!

Property was spotless and extremely close to everything. The best part of the stay was the owner. In an emergency scenario where I lost my phone, the owner lended me a large sum of money and organised a staff member to get me a replacement phone. If it wasn’t for him I would have been in serious trouble. Couldn’t rate him and the accommodation higher

Love Love Love Reposer. We had a lovely room looking over the mountains. The staff was amazing and help full. The bar and the restaurant was so nice and had a homely feel to it. The sauna was so nice. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant.

I am writing to sincerely thank your staff Mizuki for her exceptional assistance during our recent stay, which ended on 4 May. We realized that we had accidentally taken the room key with us from the previous hotel. We were very worried about returning it, but Mizuki was incredibly helpful and made the process of returning the key seamless. We truly appreciate the efficiency and kindness shown to us. We look forward to staying with you again.

Our host was wonderful! She took time to show us all the amenities, allowed us to store luggage while we skied, messaged us with bus stops and information to get anywhere in Hakuba, and she works round the clock to keep the place spotless clean, hot water in the kitchen, our gear drying, and making sure everyone has what they need. The bed was big and comfy, the whole place was very clean, conveniently near bus stops, in-room heater worked great, windows open for fresh air, plenty of places to plug into power, excellent kitchen with spacious dining and lounge area.

The location, the staff, and the facilities

Clean, convenient location, beautiful facilities and landscaping. Very nice onsen and delicious buffet for breakfast and dinner.

Wadano Gateway made my stay in Hakuba the best part of my whole Japan trip. The apartment room is sooo spacious and it is the cleanest hotel I've ever been in. The free bike rental is great for getting around the beautiful village. I'll be staying here again!

The owner was so kind and helped us make dinner reservations and showed us where to go! The walk to the closest ski area was super short and the walk to the bus stop for the other ski hills was even quicker! This is the best location. We booked in the restaurant for breakfast every day and it was tasty, filling and different every day!

Mixed western and japanese are very excellent.

The breakfast was great and the onsen was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the shuttle driver. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Lovely traditional finishes. Great views from our room.

Love the hotel . Easy rental ski equipment.

Property is located quite near to many places like Happo One, Lake Aoki, oide park and many more. So was very convenient to visit any place. Also there is Big Aeon shop at 5 min drive, A dining place GUSTO opp to Aeon shop. The property has ample qty of cutlery and utensils so that we can even cook whatever we needed.
