We loved the location. It was very quiet, and bed very comfortable. Loved the heated floors. The best part was being able to extend our stay until 5pm for a very reasonable fee. I highly recommend this hotel.

Well located , super convenient. Arrived late , missed hotel bus and managed conveniently took airport bus to this hotel, 5 mins walk . Got conveniently store within the hotel . Breakfast included .

The room is spacious and amenity is superb. They have a shuttle service to and from the airport so it’s convenient. Special thank you to the reception who checked us in (thank you, Owen!). He was able checked us in early. And provided us the extra bed we requested, despite limited availability.

Excellent location near the Metro line 1 and the beautiful Central Park. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of delicious Asian and western type recipes. The room was big, cozy and very clean

Ironically, this was the best place we stayed at during the whole trip. We had such a huge room, very spacious, and a beautiful view. It was spacious enough to repack and organize everything! I read a lot of the reviews beforehand so I already knew that it was located in an apartment building. It's just across the bus stop. There is a convenience store on the first floor. It's located near the bus stop for the airport free shuttle bus. The owner is also very responsive to my questions. For the wifi, make sure to scan the QR code near the TV! We had a relaxing stay before our flight! Thank you!

One of the staff helped me with a big problem. I needed to make an important phone call, but I was unable, because I was in a foreign country and my cell-phone plan didn't include calls made from South Korea. One of your staff lent me his phone, so I could make the important phone call. I would like to thank this person again for helping me out. Please appreciate this person's kindness.
