All cooking equip,facility room and bath room are excellent and clean. The location is aweful

We booked three rooms for our family group and stayed in a King Deluxe Lakeview room. The room was lovely and spacious, with a well-equipped kitchenette and an exceptionally comfortable bed. The view of the lake was absolutely magnificent.

Accomodation was in a great spot. It was comfortable and the staff were lovely.

It was a very comfortable stay. It was near everything you could think of.

New hotel near the airport Room was spacious & the bed was super comfy Walking distance from many nice restaurants The manager was extra kind to us after we had missed our flight to Queenstown & arrived late Excellent breakfast

staff were so kind and friendly at every turn. rooms are stunning, clean and have everything you need. the lakeside view is incredible. super helpful shuttle to take you into town and there's a gorgeous lakeside path to walk it if you prefer.

Comfortable place to stay if you don’t mind the ongoing construction at the place. Wifi was a bit spotty at times but all good in the end. Staff were very helpful and accomadating when a piece of luggage was missing after arriving from Bali.

It was a beautiful room with an extreme tidy up, very placent,highly recommended.

One of the most beautiful places we have ever stayed! The view, the apartment, the location.... everything was just breathtaking. The host was also very nice.

Very quiet and peaceful location, clean and comfortable apparent, easy to check in and out. The bed was soft and the bedding was spotlessly clean.

Beautiful property 12min drive away from Queenstown and 7mins from the airport. The guesthouse is comfortable surrounded by the breathtaking grass fields and mountains of South Island. The property is picturesque and luxurious. The host is extremely friendly and respectful to your privacy, I’m so very thankful to have stayed here rather than an overpriced hotel that wouldn’t have given me the beautiful views offered here. I would recommend anyone to stay here. The standout features are the two adorable doggos that roam the property and the hot tub. When I return to New Zealand I would stay here again.

The accommodation was nicely laid out and modern and clean. Comfortable and quiet

Robson was such an amazing host. He greeted us upon our arrival, and we immediately felt very welcome. The interior of the place was very well equipped, super clean, and paid great attention to detail. Robson even prepared toys and a bed for our kid. We would like to stay longer and will definitely return.

Location is great and central house was clean and tidy

It’s modern and clean, comfortable bed, spacious for group travelers.
