NetherlandsThe staff was very communicative and helpful, both over chat and intercom. We arrived late and left early, and they were very helpful making sure we could still check in and out. The room was very comfortable with a good shower, nice bed and kitchenette. We would have gladly stayed longer if time had allowed.

Honestly, this was the best room I have ever stayed in.
We were in the Studio Executive and we had all the comfort we needed and more: make up remover, washing dryer + laundry detergent…
It was spacious, clean, new and… perfect!
It was a true pleasure to stay in at night just to enjoy our room. Plus, Barry and Donna were just exceptionally kind and welcoming.
If you’re in Dunedin, Amross Motel is a must!

It was located very close to shops and restaurants and had a good view of the lake. The apartment was spacious with a large kitchen and master bedroom with ensuite bathroom. The balcony was a lovely area with table, chairs and loungers. The bed was very comfortable. The swimming pool and hot tub were very nice to be able to take advantage of at the end of a busy day.

This felt like a honeymoon suite and was the outstanding accommodation of our whole holiday exploring most of New Zealand. The bedroom was large and very comfortable with a delightful balcony and its bathroom was luxurious in every way.
Breakfast was delicious and as stylish as the rest of the hotel, all prepared to order, not a buffet.

Value for money - everything was very 'compact' but we had a great double bedroom with a large balcony. Even though the venue was lively our room was very quiet. Staff were very helpful. Comfy bed. Great location.

Excellent location (a short stroll to the shops/lake front). Lovely, modern, spacious apartment (we had the 1-bed - it is actually a 2-bed but they lock off the second bedroom). Full kitchen, lounge area, and separate bedroom. Nice views (distant of the lake and mountains from our balcony). Quiet spot. Friendly staff.

We stayed here for five nights and were initially given a room on the ground floor, but my partner and I wanted a room with a balcony. The staff here kindly upgraded our room to a suite with a balcony, free of charge, and they even moved our suitcases to the new room while we were out.

The first room we were given was disappointing as it faced a construction site and the road. There was no private outdoor area and only had access to the common courtyard which has no view. After saying we were disappointed the receptionist, Levi, spoke to his Manager and we were upgraded to a 2 bedroom penthouse. The penthouse was fabulous with great views of the lake and remarkables. There were 2 outdoor balconies. The apartments are a short walking distance to the main Queenstown shops and restaurants.

I like the fact we could do our washing and dry our clothes in our room as well as use the dryer in wash room.
Tennis courts were onsite and great to use, didn’t have to hire racquets and balls they were provided.
The walk around the lake was amazing.
The room was big and spacious, lovely view of the lake off our balcony.

The location and views are superb. The balcony overlooking the Remarkables was just stunning. We had a beautiful apartment and were upgraded for free to a 3 bedder as our 2 bedroom unit wasn't available. It was perfect. Meant I didn't need to share a room with anyone. The staff were polite and very friendly.

The room, the view, the room facilities were excellent, top notch. The lake Wakatipu view from level 3 where we stayed was picture perfect. Spacious room. We had a 2 bedroom apartment. Full kitchen. Two bedroom/bathroom. Balcony. Excellent.

An absolutely stunning view from the balcony and the rooftop terrace.
Our favourite part of the accommodation was that two bedrooms had windows with curtains that meant you could watch the lake /view while waking up.
The apartment had everything we could have needed for a family with 2 adult children.
The dishwasher and washing machine were very helpful.
It was well maintained with lots of space and within easy walking distance of the town centre.
