I liked how clean it always be when I visit.

Hotel was very clean and well maintained. The location is near the Fountain of Youth and guided trolley tours. The restaurant offers a nice selection of basic Hispanic food.

Location, onsite restaurant, being able to park vehicles near the room.

Convenient location, big rooms, excellent house keeping. The rocking chairs on the porch were my favorite.

Great hotel staff - very friendly and helpful. The location was also good for both the city and the beach. While I'd prefer a hotel either on the beach or in the town, this one was situated in a good location for both.

The property was very modern and clean. It was close to the historic but not right in the heart of it. We usually stay closer to the fort, this was closer to the fountain of youth. Still not far.

Very roomy, and I like that due to having MS and needing room so I won’t fall on anything just in case I feel.

With being 4 girls the bathroom is so big we all got in there to get ready at the same time. Location is perfect as I have a walker and oxygen I could come and go easily to town and the view of the bay was beautiful. Even though we were in the heart of town you could not hear the outside noise in the room. I will be back. This is my new go to motel as my daughter and I come at least once a year. Bonus Mary's Harbour View diner is right on the property and that is always our go to breakfast 😀

Front desk staff were was friendly and prompt. Hotel very clean inside and out. Close to a variety of restaurants. Nice , quiet room

The breakfast was real…scramble eggs sausage and banana.

The location is perfect as it's a short walk over the Bridge of Lions to St. Augustine. For the price, the motel is a gem. The room was clean and comfortable and that we could open the windows was a bonus. The owner / manager was friendly and professional. He ensured that we had a parking spot in front of our room so that we felt that our bikes were safe. We were there for 3 nights. Should we return to the area, we would definitely stay here again.

The parking lot was adequate, the buildings were well-laid-out, and the automated entrance doors made it easy to take our luggage into the building.
