The rooms are spacious and have unique design which I liked a lot.
Hotel has very relaxing atmosphere.
The breakfast was amazing, fresh juices, very tasty coffee. I like option to order from menu.
The hotel is not cheap, of course, but you get the great value and experience. This is truly 5* hotel. I have been to many luxury hotels - Banyan Tree Dubai has beer the best so far.

The prices are lower than in the other hotels in the area, and the quality is exceptional.
Our hotel boasts a prime location, being in close proximity to the metro station and easily accessible by car. The surrounding area is teeming with shops and restaurants, including one conveniently located downstairs.
The personnel is fantastic and always ready to help. We booked a Deluxe Room and got a free upgrade to a more spacious One-Bedroom suite. Our suite has a kitchen and a washing machine, which is always helpful while traveling.

Starting the staff at reception, Jonathan impressed us with his welcoming ,professional, and warm attitude. He made sure we were comfortable and sent us a complimentary basket of fruits in our room. The room was upgraded one spacious clean all the required amenities where present. The breakfast was amazing, too, overall a great experience.

We have received a free room upgrade, thank you, Zaima, for letting us test this room category, we enjoyed a spacious room with king-size bed, balcony and amazing view on Baniyas square. The reception area is very beautiful, the elevators working smoothly. The location is great.

We had a fantastic stay with the whole family at this hotel. The breakfast was truly amazing, offering a wide variety of delicious options to start our day. We stayed in a 3-bedroom, the hotel rooms were incredibly spacious, providing ample room for everyone to relax comfortably. We got an upgrade to 1 Bedroom! The room and bathroom were very spacious. I also liked the pool location, shaded by the hotel itself from the sun, so you can stay all day long. Few people (both guests and staff) were there during our stay.

The location is great. The personnel is great, we got a free upgrade from studio to one-bedroom. The room had an amazing view and a little balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped, everything works well. The housekeeping team ( Fayaz, Tahir, Umesh and Shamer) do a great job of keeping the place clean

This hotel exceeded my expectations. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, providing a relaxing environment throughout my stay. The pool was clean, and spacious. Special thanks to Ramesh for making an amazing coffee! And thanks to the receptionist, who upgraded my room! I am already looking forward to returning in the near future. Highly recommend this hotel!

The apartment is excellent, both bedrooms are very spacious and the beds are extremely comfortable.
There’s a full kitchen and a 24h supermarket just outside the building. The location is great, you can walk to the Burj Khalifa, fountains, souk and Dubai mall. The view is something else, plan to spend some time admiring it from the balcony. Joy offers outstanding concierge service, very responsive and kind. There’s also swimming pool, sauna and gym in the building.

The location is fantastic—just a short drive to the beach with plenty of shops nearby and the train station only 10 minutes away. We had a car and appreciated the convenient basement parking. Our room was clean and comfortable. When we had an issue with the windows not opening, the staff kindly upgraded us to a room with a balcony, which was a wonderful surprise! Although the balcony was above a bar, it wasn't too noisy. The staff were very friendly and the hotel had all the amenities we needed.

Very professional and friendly staff; we got an upgrade upon check in, early check in and late check out, because we had a late flight from Dubai. Hotel is beautiful and our room was spacious, with a very big bathroom. Very clean and big pool with the beautiful view. Very good breakfast, changing daily; excellent coffee.
