AustraliaThis newly renovated hotel is a gem - primarily because the staff are first class! Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and always eager to assist. We had a minor issue with our fridge, and the staff went above and beyond, offering us an upgrade and bending over backwards to assist. The breakfast was delicious, and the coffee was first-rate. Loved the onesie and slippers in the room, and the 9th-floor suite was stunning. Can’t recommend this hotel enough. Will definitely be back!

The bed was fantastically comfortable. It was a lovely room and had a spacious bathroom which was well equipped. I loved seeing the kangaroos and the birds just outside the door to our room. It was a very peaceful and pleasant place to stay. Our hosts were very obliging and helpful.

Great location, with an easy walk down to Hillarys wharf. Our room was very spacious , clean, and well equipped. We had a great view, a little balcony so we could sit and watch the beach and we really loved the spa bath. There is also both on-site undercover and open air parking.The staff were friendly and welcoming and although we didn't try the onsite restaurant/ bar, it looked pretty busy which is usually a good sign. Would definitely stay here again

I took my mum down for her birthday before her operation our room had a lot of stairs she couldn’t do so we asked for another room the manager Lyn was amazing she upgraded us to a two bedroom apartment on the ground floor for the same price as the 1 bedroom Lyn is amazing and so accommodating for mums needs we even stayed an extra night Thankyou Lyn we will be back

Lovely property, very spacious with all amenities. The bathrooms were very nice.
We took my Aunt away for a treat and she absolutely loved it. Having an en-suite for each bedroom is a must for us and so The Deco apartment suited us perfectly.
The huge balcony overlooking the Main Street was lovely to sit on for our morning coffee and croissant.

Clean and tidy villas, we were upgraded from a 1 bedroom to 2 bedroom. It was very spacious. Swimming pool immaculately clean and lovely grounds. We weren't travelling with young children, if you were it has a great playground and lovely gardens fully fenced. Busselton jetty a nice 3.5km walk, through the back gate of the complex and along the coast on a walking/ cycling track.

Our room was ocean front and had a small balcony with two chairs and a table kitchen area reasonably well equipped. Comfortable bed. Bathroom a little dated but very spacious. Didn’t get to use the pool as weather wasn’t great but it looked good. Best thing was the welcome we received from Viv on reception, included good information on the local area, places to eat etc. We really appreciated this.

Loved the modern spacious bedroom.
The decore was exactly as the promotional pictures on the booking site.
Location made it superb to walk the shops, pubs, and cafes.
Room was lovely and dark at night with very little traffic noise.
The lift option made the transpotation of suitcases to our room level a fantastic bonus.
Ice machine available in the laundry room.
Secure parking.

My room was upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. It was clean, comfortable and very spacious with 2 bathrooms and 3 balconies. What blew me away was the complimentary snacks and water bottles in the fridge. Very convenient on a 42 C day. Staff are very friendly when you check in.

I arrived 4 hours early and asked to leave my bag at reception and they gave me a key to the pool area which served some fine cocktails and lunch. I was given a room upgrade with a phenomenal view. I could watch the shore from my shower. I didn't feel the need to leave my room. I just wanted to watch the beach and the sunset. Spacious room with a super comfy bed. The settee with the chaise lounge made an excellent place to binge watch some Netflix. Oh and there was complementary wine at check-in and a guest playing the grand piano.

This is a fabulous apartment. It was spotlessly clean, very comfortable, very spacious and great location.
we also had a secure parking space.
The apartment was much bigger than we expected with a very large balcony.
It had three large bedrooms. one large ensuite, a large bathroom along with another separate toilet and washhand basin and also a separate utility room.
The Manager gave us a bottle of wine and chocolates on Christmas Day which was a really nice gesture.

The front desk staff were courteous and polite as they always are at Citadines
The location is Perfect and close to everything in the CBD
