Great location in the heart of the city. The duplex appartment felt alot more spacious than your average apartment or hotel room. With 2 bedrooms on the upper level and a kitchen shower room and living / dining room on the entrance level it was great value for money.

We got upgraded to the penthouse apartment and we were blown away!! Absolutely incredible- beautiful rooms, huge and nicely decorated. The balconies were just amazing.

The bonus was the underground parking, did not need to use the car once there as we were able to walk into the town, cathedral etc.

Even though I was a sole traveller I was given a family room on arrival which was certainly spacious and had everything I needed with a large, very comfortable bed and ensuite bathroom. There were good choices for breakfasts on offer every morning and the hot food was cooked to order. Even though my bedroom was over the general bar area little could be heard from below. There is also an extensive patio and garden area in which to sit, admire the views and relax.

The host answered any questions we had and let us know anything we needed to know on the day - how to access the building etc. Amazing views from bedrooms/lounge/balcony. Spacious and clean throughout the apartment and has everything you need.

We travelled in a group to watch Gymnastics at the M&S bank arena so there were 4 couples of mum and daughter. It was brilliant for space and allowing everyone to still be together instead of separating in a hotel room. The bus stop was opposite the house so made getting into the centre really easy. The bedrooms were spacious and the two bathrooms made getting out in the morning really easy.

Our 4th stay at a Castle Collection properties. All have been excellent. On this occasion we were allocated a very nice 2 bed apartment even though we had booked a 1 bedroom. The upgrade was most appreciated. The apartment was extremely clean, spacious and very well furnished. The bed was very comfortable. All the equipment was in fine order. Situated in the heart of Liverpool the apartment has easy access to most places visitors would like to see.

-Close to the city centre (less than 10 minute walk to Lime Street Station and about 20 minutes to the docks)
-Host was very helpful and communicative, helping especially when I accidentally got locked out of my room

We booked last minute and the staff were very accommodating, and even arranged a room change with a free upgrade when the first one was a little too near the music of the cavern quarter.
The rooms are modern, clean and spacious, and if you've got a balcony, a great view over the city.

Great location, right behind James Street station and in the city centre. The staff were lovely, I think our room was maybe upgraded but the property itself was gorgeous, so spacious and really nice set up.
