Rooms in New Brighton

All of it, I can't praise the staff enough from management down to the cleaners everybody was so nice pleasant and helpful, I would certainly recommend this place to anyone, The resteraunt/bar is fantastic a great place to eat and socialize, I would like this opportunity to thank all of the staff for making my stay such a nice one Thank you Best regards Garry.

The staff made the whole experience for us, so friendly and obviously well trained. Both people that checked us in and out were smiley and chatty. Tara the manager was personable, kind, sympathetic and went above to us, to give genuine local recommendations which we used and very much appreciated! She took time to get to know us, even when the whole team and establishment were very busy. The restaurant food and drinks were delicious, great choices and very Instagrammable. Again, all the servers we met were all chatty and welcoming. They were accommodating for hotel guests and passers by alike. It was very busy for brunch but service was speedy, not a problem.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this wonderful property. Very comfortable, amazing views and wverything was just perfect.

Everything! The views were amazing, provided extras such as multi phone charger, umbrella beer and wine, extra bedding if required. 3 smart TVs. Large well equipped kitchen/diner with hob, fridge & microwave. Large bathroom with separate shower, bath and even a bidet! Large lounge, Inc one of the 3 smart TVs. Separate laundry room with washer,clothes airer, iron and ironing board. Could easily accommodate 6 (3 couples or children). It had been cleaned within an inch of it's life! Ken, the owner, was only a phone call away, if you needed to contact him. I cannot praise this place highly enough. But be aware that this place is accessed by 3 flights of outdoor stairs. The location was exceptionally good, being near all the tourist attractions, a Morrisons supermarket and several eating places. Good location also for buses and the train station is only a skip and a jump away. Not forgetting the small but well portioned garden, housing a washing line and garden table and bench. If you visit New Brighton, which I recommend, there maybe other nice places to stay, but I bet that it wouldn't match this place for size, comfort, location, cleanliness, facilities, unexpected & surprising extra touches & overall pleasant atmosphere. It wasn't quite what we were expecting as it surpassed all our expectations. The nicest & bestest (if that's a word!) place we have ever stayed. Good value for money. Phew! I think I've run out of superlatives. Book this place and see for yourself. My daughter was well impressed. Oh, and I nearly forgot the kitchen cupboard labeled to let us know that we could take away any of it's contents. Finally, and not forgetting it was toasty warm, nearly forgot, there was a toaster in the kitchen. One more thing the beds were exceptionally comfortable. One more thing... Need I go on!

Unit was basically a studio apartment, good size, with microwave, fridge, freezer, air con, huge TV

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Sea-Quinn Views. I was in the annex, behind the main building, which was very quiet and private with its own outdoor sitting area. The space was beautifully decorated, clean, and cozy. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly, clearly committed to ensuring their guests have an enjoyable experience. The inn faces onto the promenade, beach, and river, and the neighborhood is very peaceful and safe. There are a few shops, restaurants, and pubs in the vicinity, as well as a bus stop at the top of the street and a ferry port within walking distance. All in all, this is a wonderful place to stay while on the Wirral - so much so that I booked an extra night. Highly recommended.

Superb location and the accommodation as before is excellent. Can't recommend highly enough to my detriment probably - as planning on staying there regularly 😀

Ken was the most hospitable host. The place was spotless, tidy and comfortable. Check-in instructions were clear and spot-on.

Very clean and cozy. Out of all the the places we have stayed on booking.com, this hands down is the best, and lilly is so lovely and accommodating. And a lovely view We will definitely be staying again

Plenty of shared group space, with a spacious living room and nice dining room, plus a lovely sunroom at back and really nice garden with seating as well. The kitchen was large & airy, with plenty of counter space and all the amenities you’d need.
