Host is the sweetest! I got out check out date confused and she was very very understanding and helped us with our things with no complaints. It was 100% my fault for the screw up and she was so so accommodating

It's a smallish building but many people were there for dinner, so it felt lively and was very welcoming. We arrived late-ish (8pm) and were pleasantly surprised that dinner was served (on a Thursday) until 9pm. Everyone who worked there and was a patron were very friendly and helpful. We only stayed one night and had to leave early, but the room was clean and comfortable and loved the charm of the pub next to the church.

Loved it all, the location was great for what plans we had. The view was beautiful, the hot tub was amazing. The staff were great with adding a couple extra treats to celebrate our friends birthday. All 3 of us had the best time! Thank you!

Normally the key was in a lockbox, but this time they met us at the door with the key already in the lock. It is a small two room vacation home, with an outstanding view over the countryside. We didn't realized until day 2 that there were houses between us and the view! Fairly easy walking distance to good food, although a bit of a slope. We were glad we listen to the host's recommendations for where to eat, because they were spot on.

The entire property was lovely, quiet and relaxing. The views were beautiful. Both the sauna and hot tub were of high quality. The property was also within 20mins of various farm shops and attractions. The host was very welcoming and attentive. We received a very detailed welcome pack with map pins for local points of interest and farm shops.

Lovely room in a lovely well maintained home. It was one of the hottest days of the year and my room was south SW facing so it was rather hot. There was a fan though so I managed to sleep just fine. Nice and quiet too.

As we walked in the front door to register the receptionist saw that my wife was on crutches and upgraded our room to one on a lower floor . The evening meal was not cheap but was very good and worth the price.

Hannah and family are delightful. The effort put into creating a supremely comfortable and welcoming environment shines through and we felt very relaxed and at home. The location is peaceful and we slept extremely well. The upgrade to the beautiful bedroom with the enormous bathroom was worthwhile and we really enjoyed seeing how this beautiful home is being given a new lease of life.

The property is beautifully maintained and spotlessly clean with a garden and a lovely view over the countryside. There's a visitors' lounge and our room was spacious and well appointed. Joyce was so kind and accommodating and really made it feel like a home from home.

It was delightful. Quirky, well-equipped and spacious. There was a generous balcony ideal for lazy afternoons looking out over the beautiful Herefordshire countryside. Staying on a small holding gave us an insight into life on a farm. A ten minute walk took us to the centre of Hay on Wye. Our hosts were very welcoming and attentive.

We liked room 3, it was more spacious than the previous room we stayed in. We could see outside which helped me not to feel clostrafobic. A very comfortable bedroom.

Instantly could see how clean the hotel was when walking to our room. We stayed as a group of three so the family room was perfect. Spacious and everything seemed brand new. It was perfect location for a nearby restaurant we’ve wanted to go to for ages. Gwen restaurant. A short walk around the corner. Check in and check out was super easy too
