The location is fantastic very pretty in winter of course. Very close to ski hire and close to the gondola to mountain top.y son was able to ski back to the hotel almost to the dry room. Town is quiet compared to Happo so it's not a party town but there are shuttles. Also be aware pre season there are not many restaurants. But there is an excellent bar with food. Short walk up the road called KUIKUI. We loved it. Hotel breakfast was generous and varied

The owner was so kind and helped us make dinner reservations and showed us where to go! The walk to the closest ski area was super short and the walk to the bus stop for the other ski hills was even quicker! This is the best location. We booked in the restaurant for breakfast every day and it was tasty, filling and different every day!

The breakfast was great and the onsen was fantastic. Staff were friendly and helpful. We especially liked the shuttle driver. Our room was very quiet and comfortable. Lovely traditional finishes. Great views from our room.

Clean, centrally located, walkable to Happo, do be aware that there is a curfew for staying out late, but was not a problem for me personally

Private. Good parking right next to cabin. Staff was wonderful and very patient with our four noisy children. Food was good. Onsen was fine. Included with cabin. Cute gift shop area with local goods including omiyage. Heat worked well. Everything very tidy. Price was excellent. Nice tatami room.
