Great facilities , clean, spacious and nice view

Wonderful, very Japanese style

The owner was a lovely older man who was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice apartment with fully stocked kitchen and washing machine. Supplied everything we could want Had a/c which we didn't need to use since we could open windows and had a fan. Comfortable beds. I loved being in a quiet non-touristy neighborhood. Only a 10 minute walk to subway and 5 to bakery, grocery, etc.

The in-room golden onsen is beautiful, the service is exemplary, the cuisine is delicate, excellent and generous.

Everything was splendid. Great ambience, great meals, very helpful staff, onsen was the best. Even our toddler enjoyex the whole experience.

Very nice location. Really nice Onsen hot springs. The room was big. private bathroom was perfect. Kaiseki dinner excellent. Service was great. Only concern the futon not as cushioned as I would have liked.

I chose an old style tatami room, it was nice and comfortable. Skincare products are good quality. You can buy a sticker for your tattoo on the reception and enjoy the public onsens.

My stay at this Arima Onsen was absolutely exceptional. The staff were top-notch — attentive, friendly, and genuinely dedicated to providing perfect service. They went above and beyond to ensure every need was taken care of and offered helpful information about both the property and the area.One of the highlights was the incredible selection of eight different onsens right on the premises, each offering a relaxing and unique experience. They also provide convenient rides to nearby restaurants and to and from the bus and train stations, which made exploring the area effortless.Highly recommended for anyone seeking a relaxing, first-class onsen experience with outstanding hospitality.

The staff was very welcoming. The traditional Japanese Inn style was just amazing!! The location is superb and Arimaonsen is beautiful. The breakfast was really good as well!

The ambience was wonderfully maintained specially the Onsen was clean and welcoming. Each and every staff was very courteous and respectful. The breakfast was also excellent and beautifully presented.

Our stay was fantastic. We were overjoyed and surprised by the quality of the meals. The breakfast on site or at the adjacent hotel were totally delicious and traditional Japanese style. The dinner felt gourmet and was a five course meticulously selected local vegetable beef or seafood mix it was just fantastic. The room was clean and spacious and the staff were so friendly. The Onsen was private and very relaxing too.

Everything! It's beautiful, the staffs were amazing and welcoming. The amenities were great for families with kids and the food was also great!

Onsen facility was good. Quiet and secluded hotel. 10 walk to Arima Onsen - Mt. Rokko cable car.

We had an excellent stay here. The buffet meals (for breakfast and dinner) were tasty and the selection was very good. In two nights I could not try all the food, but what I had was delicious. The three public baths were all very pleasant, though my favorite was the modern Japanese style one. Each bath had both a small indoor and outdoor bath with the gold water, as well as a larger indoor bath with normal water. The gold water felt nice and had a pleasant smell. The room was a nice size, and I appreciated the large window and the two Western style chairs. The futon beds were comfortable.

It was a great stay at Arima Kirari. Getting there was easy as there was a regular shuttle bus right from the train station to take us there. The hotel is attached to Taiko no Yu Onsen which is free for hotel guests and you can access it directly from the hotel. The onsen was lovely and has both indoor and open air hot springs. The hotel itself has its own onsen which was great for when you want to get an extra dip in. We had a lovely dinner and breakfast here. The room was also very comfortable and clean.

Location, room and staff are really kind

The room was insane. Wide open floor plan, free beverages, stunning view, outdoor onsen bath connected to the balcony and bathroom, and not to mention a glass of champagne by the staff to welcome us for our stay. Food was exceptional, as was the staff who came to serve us in our room for dinner and breakfast the next day. There's also an arcade, lounge, gift shop, and a golf simulator on the lobby floor.

Pros: Beautiful rooms, property and amazing staff. The private Onsen was just spectacular with a really nice view. A must-do for couples of all ages! Cons: A little away from the town center, so takes about 10 minutes by walk, though they do offer a free shuttle at any time you need.
