We lived the apartments, so well located and the staff so helpful.

Well appointed kitchen, beds were comfortable, quiet location , balcony was private. Very clean, hosts were very accommodating.

The property was very clean and well organized. The views were absolutely stunning. The location could not have been more perfect. Everything was wonderful. We were a family of five and fit very comfortably.

Everything new and clean, pool and welness included in the price of the stay.

The location is good, close to the gondola(5 min walk), and a bus stop just across the street. The room was spacious, clean, bed was comfortable, enough closets. Ski room was very good with heated stands for the boots. The Spa area was good, clean, though the pool can be warmer for our liking.

Simply it was everything above expectations and we are fully satisfied about our stays in this amazing accommodation.

First, thanks for the reception ladies, Ms. Dena, Ms. Gund, and Ms. Johanna. They all were so nice making things simple and easy. The communication thro whatsapp before our stay within 5 days to make sure we get all we needed. Also, the summer card was a real good deal that they made it ready for me and my family. It gives you many places to go to for free (cable cars, zell am see boat...etc) Location was super great! Less than 3 minutes of walking you are in the heart of zell am see center.

There was no breakfast provided as it probably was not part of our booking. The location is just great - what a view of the mountains and the water body with Zell am See on the other side.

Location and size. The receptionist was WONDERFUL! She helped us with check in, and gave us tips on where to go and what to do. She’s the sweetest!

The owner is a very kind, respectful, and welcoming gentleman. Don’t let the negative reviews discourage you. The apartment is very spacious, spotless, and has two balconies. We booked the lake view, and it was absolutely beautiful. The location is excellent—we walked to Zell am See town center in just a few minutes using the pedestrian tunnel that leads directly to the lakeside promenade. We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The apartments are wonderful with breathtaking views in a calm and quiet area where you can enjoy the scenery. The quality of the materials in the building is top notch and the finishing of everything is superb. The bathrooms were clean and the bidet availability was important for us Arabs. The host was very friendly and welcoming and we had no issues with the whole process of checking in and out
